About Ayesha Ameer

Build Your LinkedIn Into A Client Engine | Founder @ Mentoria Digitals | Co-Founder @ The Client Engine™ | Top 5 LinkedIn Branding Worldwide

You've built a real business. So why does LinkedIn still feel unpredictable? One month, opportunities come in. The next, it's quiet. You post. You get views. Maybe even followers. But none of that matters if it doesn't turn into business. That's what I help founders fix. I started learning LinkedIn as a teenager. Since then, I've: → Built a community of 80,000+ people on LinkedIn → Helped 200+ founders and executives with their LinkedIn growth → Generated 20M+ impressions through our work → Worked with leaders connected to TikTok, Samsung, Louis Vuitton, and Breitling → Been ranked among the top LinkedIn growth and marketing creators worldwide But the numbers I care about most? The ones that grow businesses. Our work has helped generate: → 8 qualified leads in 4 days → 12 qualified sales calls in 30 days → £18k closed in 21 days → 1M+ impressions in 90 days → 500K+ impressions and 10K+ followers for a client And I've learned something from doing all of this: Most founders don't need more content. They need a better system. One that connects: 1. Positioning → Make it clear who you help and why people should choose you. 2. Authority → Build trust with the right content. 3. Demand → Turn attention into conversations, sales calls and pipeline. That's the thinking behind my LinkedIn Signal-Led Growth System™. Building LinkedIn into a real business asset. Today, there are 3 ways I can help you: → The Client Engine™ Cohort — Build your LinkedIn client acquisition system with us. → 90-Day LinkedIn Coaching — Work with me privately to build yours. → Done-For-You LinkedIn Growth — My team helps build and run the system for you. Not ready to work together? I've shared 1,000+ free posts on LinkedIn, plus resources you can use today. Want to work with me? ↓ Book a call through my Featured section or send me a DM.

  • I'm trying to make myself less important in my business. Sounds strange coming from the founder, doesn't it? 😅 But I've realised something recently. Being involved in EVERYTHING isn't the flex I once thought it was. For a long time, I was the person: → Making every sales decision. → Managing client relationships. → Reviewing work before it went out. → Solving problems as they came up. And honestly? It's easy to convince yourself that nobody can do these things quite like you. (Still guilty of this sometimes) But lately, I've been changing how I run Mentoria Digitals. A few things I'm working on: 1. Hiring for sales so I'm not handling every call. 2. Documenting processes instead of keeping everything in my head. 3. Building systems that reduce repetitive work. 4. Giving people ownership instead of approving every decision. Because there's a BIG difference between: Building a business that needs your expertise. And building one that needs your constant attention. The second might make you feel important. But it also makes you the bottleneck. I don't want my business to grow only when I work more hours. I want it to grow because the team, processes and systems behind it are getting better. P.S. A question for founders: what's ONE part of your business that still depends too much on you?

  • If you can give LinkedIn 60mins a day, here's how I'd use that time to attract potential clients. → Start 5 conversations with potential buyers = 1,825 a year → Leave 5 useful comments on relevant posts = 1,825 a year → Follow up with 3 qualified prospects = 1,095 a year → Note down 1 real customer problem = 365 content ideas a year Now, here's where most founders get it wrong. They spend that hour: → Commenting on random viral posts. → Connecting with anyone who has "CEO" in their headline. → Posting content that attracts everyone except buyers. → Sending DMs without knowing why someone would buy. Then wonder why LinkedIn isn't generating clients. The goal isn't to be more active. It's to be more intentional. 5 conversations with the right buyers > 50 conversations with people who'll never buy.

  • Getting replies to your LinkedIn DMs doesn't mean your outreach is working. I know. Slightly painful to hear 😅 But I've spoken to founders who are: → Sending messages consistently. → Getting responses. → Having conversations. Yet barely any of those conversations turn into actual sales opportunities. And the first thing they want to fix? Their DM script. Funny enough, the script often isn't the biggest problem. Here's what I usually look at first: 1. Are you messaging people who could actually buy? A founder with the right job title isn't automatically a qualified prospect. Ask yourself: → Do they have the problem you solve? → Is it important enough to fix? → Is there a reason they'd act NOW? Because even a 70% reply rate means very little if you're speaking to the wrong people. 2. Are you giving them a reason to have a conversation? “Would love to learn more about your business.” Sounds polite, right? But it doesn't give a busy founder much reason to spend 30mins with you. Your outreach needs to connect to something they already care about: → A problem they're facing. → A priority they're working on. → An opportunity they don't want to miss. Not just your desire to book a call. 3. Are you confusing engagement with buying intent? Someone replying “interesting!” doesn't necessarily mean they're interested in buying. But someone asking how you've helped businesses like theirs? Now that's a different conversation. Learn to recognise the difference. Because the goal of LinkedIn outreach isn't to fill your inbox with replies. It's to create conversations with people who have a genuine reason to consider working with you. I'd rather have 5 conversations with qualified buyers than 50 replies from people who were never going to buy. Every. Single. Time. If you're a founder getting LinkedIn replies but struggling to turn them into qualified sales calls, that's something we can work on. I help founders build the positioning, content and outreach system behind those conversations. Book a call with me here: https://lnkd.in/ePCS-YVK We'll look at where your LinkedIn conversations are getting stuck and what I'd prioritise fixing first.
