About Brandon Jenner

Operations Manager - Growth & Product - Go to Market | RevOps | AI Native | FinTech | PropTech | 0415 693 225 | Non Engineer Using AI to Solve Real Problems

I lead operations for Australia’s largest buyer’s agent franchise, scaling a national network of retail and mobile agents within the Aussie Property Hub — transforming a historically boutique service into a structured, tech-enabled, high-volume growth engine. I build and scale revenue engines inside complex, multi-sided businesses. My work sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Growth, and Commercial Strategy, to build predictable revenue. I build teams from zero, designing structure, hiring talent, operationalising workflows, automating execution and scaling into high-performing revenue engines. I’ve repeatedly grown divisions from early-stage to multi-million-dollar annual run-rate in under 12 minths, lifting output, efficiency and speed through systems-led leadership From building from zero (Wyn&Co), fixing post-merger chaos (CM Group), launching products and revenue systems (Wonder Group), to now scaling national GTM execution for one of Australia’s biggest property brands (Aussie), my work consistently sits at the intersection of growth, systems, and execution. At Lendi and Aussie Homes, I lead operations for the Buying division. My work spans revenue operations, CRM systems, marketing attribution, cross-functional delivery, and product readiness. I design and implement scalable workflows that reduce lead-to-engagement time, increase conversion, and minimise rework across sales and service teams. What I solve Siloed teams and disconnected systems that reduce conversion, delay GTM execution, and limit scalability My process I build unified RevOps systems that connect buyer’s agents, brokers, sales, and marketing I lead CRM design and system enablement to reduce friction at every stage I partner with growth teams to improve attribution and channel clarity I increase cross-sell opportunities through embedded workflows across business units I drive product operations for our new buyer app and listing tool, built to support agents and accelerate buyer engagement Previously, I led growth, revenue operations, and product strategy across multiple brands within Wonder Group. I supported teams in launching, scaling, and optimising across real estate, tech, and events businesses. Let’s build the systems that support scale, not slow it down. Skilled in RevOps, GTM strategy, CRM architecture, product operations, sales enablement, marketing attribution, and cross-sell automation across SaaS, property, finance, and marketplace platforms. Tools include HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Supabase, Lovable, Descript, and OpenAI.

  • This week marks the end of an incredible chapter with Aussie & Lendi Group Over the past 15 months, I've had the opportunity to help build and scale one of Australia's largest buyers agencies alongside an amazing team. Some highlights I'm proud of: • Supported more than 1,000 property transactions. • 5 Star average review from over 200 reviews. • Built and improved the operational engine behind the business, spanning RevOps, Salesforce, automation, compliance, reporting, customer operations, and process improvement. • Led an incredible team and worked with some exceptionally talented people who challenged me to grow every day. It's been one of the steepest learning curves of my career, and I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who trusted me, challenged me, and supported me along the way. Now it's time for something completely different. Next week, I'll be stepping into a new industry, taking everything I've learned about operations, automation, AI, and revenue growth into a business with enormous potential. It's a big change, but the best opportunities often come from stepping outside your comfort zone. I'm excited to share more soon and document the journey as we build. Onwards.

  • What buying my first home taught me about B2B sales… Absolutely nothing. But after being involved in over 1,000 property transactions over the last few years, it feels pretty surreal to finally be on the other side of one. Today I officially bought my first home. A lot of saving, planning, paperwork, stress and refreshing emails later, I can finally say I’m a homeowner.

  • The numbers from my 16 months at Lendi Group surprised me when I finally added them up. 9,349 Slack messages sent. 444 Jira tickets created across 37 epics. 460 new Confluence artefacts. 1,000+ property transactions supported. More than $500 million in property purchased. 250 five-star customer reviews. But the real contribution was not the volume of activity. It was helping build the operational infrastructure behind Aussie Home Buying as the business grew. That meant turning unclear problems into processes, creating systems where there were gaps, connecting teams that needed to work together and building more structure around the customer journey. My work extended across operations, revenue, Salesforce, reporting, compliance, licensing, settlements, customer experience, offshore support, quality assurance and team leadership. Some initiatives were large transformation projects. Others were small process changes that removed friction, reduced risk or saved someone hours every week. Individually, a Jira ticket, Confluence page or Slack message does not mean much. Together, they represent 16 months of building, fixing, documenting, supporting and scaling. There is still plenty I would do differently, but I am proud of the foundations I helped create and the measurable impact the team delivered.
