AI translator for non-technical teams | Turning workflows, tools, and jargon into plain English | Less hype. Better judgment.
Most people know AI is changing everything. Not everyone knows how to actually use it. I'm Dustin. I break down AI tools, marketing strategies, and growth systems so that professionals and business owners can stop watching from the sidelines and start getting real results. No PhD required. No coding. Just practical, tested ideas you can use this week. Over the last year I've generated 40M+ impressions on LinkedIn, not through paid ads or viral chasing, but by sharing what actually works. The posts that hit 700K+ views are the same ones where someone in the comments says "I needed this today." That's the goal. Make it clear. Make it useful. Make it stick. What I share here: — Free AI tools worth your time (and which ones aren't) — Marketing plays small businesses and solopreneurs can steal from big brands — LinkedIn growth strategies that still work in an AI-saturated feed — Real breakdowns of what's working right now, not six months ago If you want a weekly dose of this in your inbox, my newsletter Social Media Bites goes out every week. Link in Featured. Follow along. You'll learn something.

Sometimes the people who believe in our dreams the longest aren’t us. As a child, Lola Anderson wrote in her diary that her biggest dream was to win Olympic rowing gold. At some point, she threw the entry away. Her dad found it. And kept it. Years later, as he was dying from cancer, he gave it back to her. Then in Paris, Lola and her teammates won Olympic gold. There’s something powerful about knowing her dad got to see the person she became, even if he wasn’t there to see that final race. He saved a piece of a dream she had once discarded. Maybe that’s one of the best things we can do for the people we care about. Believe in what they could become. Especially during the years when they’re not so sure themselves.
He thought he had already won. So he started celebrating. The guy behind him did something different. He kept running. No celebration. No slowing down. No assumption that the outcome was decided. And in the final few feet, he passed him. There’s a pretty simple lesson here: Don’t stop when you think you’ve won. Don’t stop when you think you’ve lost. Finish. You can celebrate after you cross the line.
