I install a repeatable sales process that closes more six-figure deals and gives you time back | Curious if it fits? Book a call below
I help founder-led companies and B2B sales teams fix two problems that quietly bleed revenue: six-figure deals stalling out, and hours lost to admin instead of selling. I build you a repeatable sales process that fixes both for companies and individuals. 1. Deals stall. Proposals get ghosted, accounts stay single-threaded, reps spec-sell, and the founder becomes the only one who can close because there's no repeatable process. I change how the team sells and build that process, so closing doesn't ride on one person or luck. 2. Everyone's buried in admin. Reps and leaders lose 5+ hours a week to CRM, follow-ups, and prep. I put the right AI and automation in place to hand those hours back: time spent in front of buyers, not on busywork. B2B Teams: Start with the Sales OS Blueprint™: a 2-week diagnostic that shows where deals die, where reps lose hours, and where automation actually moves the needle. 1:1 Coaching: I also coach a small number of founders, sales leaders, and top performers: Implementing AI behind the scenes to kill the admin, give you your time back, and hold you accountable so it actually sticks. Exclusive implementation partner for Brian G. Burns (Brutal Truth about Sales Host) and the Maverick Method (100K+ weekly listeners) I've sold successfully across four industries. I've also failed, been laid off, and watched implementations fall apart despite my best effort. Those scars didn't break me, they sharpened my judgment. That's what I bring to every partnership. https://www.heyquin.io/m/1066/duston-harper/30min

No matter where I go, I meet someone from Ohio. Georgia. Florida. Doesn't matter. Within 10 minutes someone says "wait, you're from Ohio too?" 😆 We all moved for the weather. Let's just admit it. But growing up in the Midwest gave me some of the best memories. Dayton raised me. Everybody knew their neighbors. Midwest people were just... more real. Limited egos. One caveat: I am NOT an Ohio State fan. That part didn't stick haha. Everything else? The Midwest was great.
"You're probably not ready to be a founder." That's what I tell most people when they ask about consulting or going out on their own. I try to talk them out of it. Not to discourage them. It's a filter. If one pushback makes them fold, they weren't ready. This is the hardest sales job I've ever done. No brand. No inbound. No salary to fall back on. Every conversation is either revenue or it isn't. ☠️ So who IS ready? The person obsessed with the problem, not the lifestyle. The one who wants the accountability that comes with freedom. The one thinking in years, not quarters. But if you're asking because you're burned out or it "sounds cool" right now... You're probably not ready yet. No judgment. Just honesty. Have you made the jump? What did you underestimate most? 👇
First time speaking on stage in front of 150+ people. Heart pounding out of my chest. I've run workshops. Been on podcast interviews. Presented to CEOs. None of it fully prepared me for the moment the mic was in my hand and everyone was staring back. A few things I took from it: -Impostor syndrome is a good sign. Nervous means you're doing something NEW. That's growth. Being comfortable all the time is the real red flag. -Don't cram - regulate. I do breathwork (Wim Hof) before big talks now. It beats last-minute practice, at least for me. -Play to your strengths. I'm not a keynote guy. I'm a workshop guy, on topics I've actually lived. Never present on something you haven't lived. The nerves never fully leave. You just learn to use them. Also, although I don't speak as much anymore it's great to have a coach in your corner. Eva Rose Daniel is one of the best out there!
