The HeyGen summer meetup format has been a real success. There is something especially valuable about bringing together people with knowledge, experience and genuine enthusiasm in a more relaxed and intimate setting. The conversations become more honest. The ideas become more practical. And the connections become much stronger. Spending time together in this kind of environment gave us the space to exchange perspectives, share what we are learning and explore new possibilities without the pressure of a formal event. Some great ideas came out of it. But just as importantly, we had the chance to get to know each other much better. That is often where the most productive collaborations begin. Not in a presentation. Not in a crowded conference room. But in a real conversation between people who are curious, generous and excited about what they are building. Construir con IA es cada vez más fácil. La pregunta interesante ahora es otra: ¿Qué pasa cuando distribuir también empieza a serlo? Este jueves me uno a AI Founders Madrid junto con Borja Vega, Micaela Villalobos y a la comunidad de HeyGen para hablar precisamente de eso: cómo la IA está cambiando no solo la forma en la que creamos productos, sino también cómo los explicamos, los lanzamos y conseguimos que lleguen a las personas adecuadas. Porque crear un avatar es solo la superficie. Lo realmente interesante empieza cuando utilizamos vídeo e IA para: → convertir una idea o un producto en una demo en mucho menos tiempo → probar distintos mensajes y audiencias sin multiplicar la producción → crear contenido founder-led sin grabar cada pieza desde cero → mejorar onboarding y educación de clientes → integrar experiencias con vídeo y avatares dentro del propio producto Durante mucho tiempo, lanzar todo esto requería más equipo, más presupuesto y más tiempo. Ahora muchas de esas barreras están cayendo. Y para mí, ahí está la conversación importante: si producir y distribuir se vuelven más accesibles, la ventaja ya no estará simplemente en poder crear. Estará en saber qué merece la pena crear, cómo contarlo y para quién.
