Am văzut recent acest citat atribuit lui Constantin Brâncuși: „Să vezi până departe e una, să mergi până departe este alta.” Mi se pare una dintre cele mai bune descrieri ale momentului în care suntem, mai ales când vorbim despre educație. Vedem problemele. Le analizăm. Le comentăm. Le măsurăm. Le comparăm. Le transformăm în rapoarte, conferințe, postări și dezbateri. Știm că avem decalaje. Știm că mulți copii nu citesc suficient de bine. Știm că rezultatele PISA ne arată vulnerabilități serioase. Știm că profesorii au nevoie de sprijin real. Știm că tehnologia, AI-ul și noile competențe schimbă deja felul în care copiii învață și vor munci. Dar între a vedea și a merge există o diferență uriașă. A vedea înseamnă conștientizare. A merge înseamnă asumare. A vedea înseamnă să identifici problema. A merge înseamnă să faci ceva concret, chiar dacă nu e perfect, chiar dacă e greu, chiar dacă nu se vede imediat. Cred că avem nevoie de mai mulți oameni care nu rămân doar în zona de diagnostic. Oameni care construiesc. Oameni care intră în școli. Oameni care sprijină profesori. Oameni care creează contexte pentru copii. Oameni care pun resurse laolaltă. Oameni care transformă ideile în proiecte și proiectele în impact. Nu caut doar oameni care văd departe. Caut oameni care vor să meargă până departe. Dacă ești unul dintre ei, mi-ar plăcea să ne cunoaștem. Cred că următoarea etapă în educație nu se va construi doar prin constatări, ci prin alianțe între oameni care au curajul să acționeze. Cine sunt oamenii de acțiune din jurul vostru?
