Global Partnerships at Headway Inc (Headway, Impulse, Nibble) | Helping companies build partnership strategies | Mentoring career switchers
Building global partnerships at Headway Inc. Consulting on partnership strategies. Mentoring career switchers. Three career transitions — law → communications → partnerships — taught me that your "irrelevant" experience is usually your strongest asset. At Headway Inc, I lead B2B2C distribution partnerships across fintech, telco, travel, and wellness — connecting 200M+ users with partners like Revolut, Mastercard, and Delta Air Lines. Beyond Headway — I help companies build their partnership strategies from scratch and mentor professionals navigating career changes. 20+ mentees have made the switch with my support. I write about partnerships, AI, and career growth here on LinkedIn. Mostly in English, mentorship content in Ukrainian. Open to partnership conversations, consulting, and mentoring. Let's talk!

6 months of strength training in a row. Stronger muscles — expected, but stronger mind — didn't see that coming. Before move to Kharkiv, I started training regularly again. And somewhere around month 3, I noticed something weird: I wasn't just lifting heavier. I was thinking clearer. Making decisions faster. Handling stressful partner calls with more calm. Here's what strength training taught me about how I work: If it's hard — do it first. My best sessions happen at 8 AM. My worst happen at 5-6 PM after a full day of calls. Same exercise, same weight, completely different experience. Turns out this applies to everything. Hard task? Morning. Creative work? Morning. That email I've been avoiding? Morning. By afternoon, willpower is gone 😅 If it's hard — don't leave it flexible. "I'll train when I have time" means I never train. The moment I locked in fixed days with my trainer, I stopped negotiating with myself. Same in partnerships — the meetings I schedule in advance happen. The ones I plan to "fit in somewhere" don't. Accountability changes everything. Left to myself, I'd skip the last set every time. But my trainer is standing right there. So I do it. Having someone who expects you to show up — whether it's a trainer, a mentor, or a teammate — is the simplest productivity hack that actually works. The real lesson though: almost everything in life teaches you something. But only if you want to learn. Strength training could just be exercise. Or it could be a daily reminder that you're capable of more than you think, that hard things get easier with consistency, and that energy is something you build, not something you wait for. 6 months in. Not planning to stop 💪
Our Revolut partnership started with a single email. Delta came from my LinkedIn outreach. Questrade — a form submission on our website. Bango — a follow-up after an event. Every partnership at Headway Inc started somewhere small. We work with fintechs, telcos, travel companies, wellness platforms, and employee benefits providers. 200M+ users across Headway, Impulse and Nibble. If your product has an audience that could benefit from learning content — there's probably a way to work together. We launched our "Become a Partner" page to make that first step easier. One form. Real humans on the other side (me and Lily Sloma 😅). We read everything. 👉 https://lnkd.in/dKZKgeeZ Know someone who might be interested? Spent last week in Kyiv. Missile alerts almost every night. And during the day. You hear the sirens, you go to the shelter or you don't, you check the news, you go back to bed. In the morning — coffee, office, meetings. Like nothing happened. Because for people here, nothing unusual did happen. This is just another day. I moved to Kharkiv 5 months ago. And somehow Kyiv felt harder this time. Maybe because I got used to a different rhythm. Maybe because seeing friends and colleagues reminded me how much I miss this city. Maybe both. Maybe Kharkiv just feels safer right now — less attacks, less stress. This time I was genuinely happy to get back to Kharkiv. Back to my quiet apartment, my routine, my violet that almost died without water, but I still was able to save it 😅 Ukrainians are different. We go to work during air raids. We build companies during blackouts. We plan holidays knowing they might get interrupted by explosions. This week reminded me why I do what I do. And who I do it for 💙💛
