Zero gave me early access ahead of their public launch. I think the CRM as we know it is done. The CRM didn't get outdated by AI. It was already a burden before AI showed up. Eight tools to run one sales motion. A RevOps team just to keep it running. Reps who still have to be chased to log their own activity. "If it's not in HubSpot, it didn't happen" Every sales team has said some version of that line. Zero launches today, September 15. It's not another point solution stacked on top of the CRM. It's the system built to replace it: prospecting, sequencing, the CRM itself, and customer success, all in one, all updating automatically. → Closing 2x more new business with a third fewer sales hires → Sales cycle cut from 60 days to 30, even on enterprise deals → Eight tools replaced by one ( Those are Zero's own early customer numbers, not mine ) My access lands this week, I haven't run it yet. What made me pay attention first wasn't the product. It's who built it. Tuomo and Santtu already scaled Smartly.io to $100M ARR so this isn't a first rodeo. And the round backing them: a $10.3M seed led by Primary Venture Partners, with Inception Fund and Defiant, on top of an earlier pre-seed led by 20VC. The cap table reads like a list of people who already solved "building software is hard": Fabian Hedin from Lovable, Ilkka Paananen from Supercell, Peter Sarlin from Silo AI, 🦔 james hawkins from PostHog, the founders of Langdock and Depict. Every founder I know shipped their product faster than ever this decade. Almost none of them found selling it any easier. Zero is betting that gap, not the product side, is the one worth solving next. Signups through my link get a month free: https://lnkd.in/eEzP9C5h zero.inc
501 mailboxes in my fleet. 500 healthy. 92.8% reaching inboxes. I didn't check a single one by hand. Managing outbound at this scale used to mean staring at a chart until something looked wrong. Smartlead's Insights just changed that. It scans every mailbox in the fleet, daily. Sorts each one: Healthy, Throttled, or Blocked. Fixes what's fixable on its own. Hands me the rest as a one-tap decision. Right now: 1 throttled. 50 sends a day sitting behind issues that are fixable in a click. In the last 7 days: → 2 fixes applied → 2 mailboxes back to healthy → 50 sends/day of capacity recovered → fleet health holding at 98 → 6 issues still open, waiting on me I didn't chase any of that. I approved it. Every mailbox breaks the same four ways: → reply tracking gap → Reconnect IMAP → sending blocked → Reconnect → warmup degrading → Enable Warmup → fleet too concentrated → Reduce Caps Campaign-level reply rate takes 2 to 3 weeks to show a dip. The mailbox causing it gets flagged the day it starts trending wrong. I stopped reading the chart. I just check what already got done, and approve what still needs me. Smartlead we owe you big time 🔥
Five people on my team, five separate AI chats. Each one starts from zero, every time. I've spent the past few weeks running and testing Hops: - one shared workspace where the team and its agents work in the same room. RevHops is built for a scenario every revenue team knows: a deal goes quiet, and nobody notices until it's too late to just check in. Here's how it handles it: → The last reply sits untouched for a few days → RevHops flags the deal, already holding the full thread and context, because the Space holds it for the whole team → It drafts the follow-up → I read it, edit one line, approve it. That's the step before anything external goes out. Copy drafting has been solved for years. What's different is the agent was already watching the deal, inside the workspace the rest of the team uses, before I had to think to ask. A shared Space compounds context the way a shared CRM beats five people's personal spreadsheets. Private AI threads don't get that, no matter how good the model behind them is. Early access is open now. Link in the first comment 👇 PS: Let me know your thoughts once you give it a try!
