  • Looking to bring someone in to build a new vertical at GrowEasy . We’ve been running Linked/In Ads for international markets, but over the last few months, I’ve noticed a massive gap in India around Linked/In personal branding. A lot of people are doing it, but somewhere along the way, authenticity gets lost. Content becomes about likes, reach and followers instead of actually sounding like you. And honestly, Linked/In reach is weird. You can get thousands of impressions from people you don’t even want to reach. So we’re building a different approach Organic + Paid. We’ve already tested this in India and seen a solid response from senior managers, CXOs and people actively looking to build their presence. (Yes, we’ve actually put money behind this before talking about it.) I’m looking for someone in Noida who: • Understands Linked/In really well • Gets personal branding and, more importantly, authenticity • Understands the Indian client market • Can think beyond “post consistently and grow followers” • Wants to actually build and own this vertical with me Follower count? Honestly, couldn’t care less. We’ve got the team, the space and a profitable business already running. Now let’s build something interesting. 📩 [email protected] Subject: GrowEasy 10X Let’s see what we can build.

  • Looking for a Founding Team Member Restarting an EdTech venture focused on online MBA & certification programs. I’ve built an EdTech company before, so I know the space, the challenges and what it takes to scale. We’re now looking for someone to join the founding team and take ownership of Sales + Partnerships. We already have an office in Noida, and the marketing side is sorted, budget, strategy and lead generation are taken care of. What we’re looking for: → Strong sales & BD experience → Partnership-building skills → Ownership mindset → Experience at a top EdTech company = big plus No investment required. This is a paid role with a salary. If you’re excited about building and scaling an EdTech business from 0 → 1, email me at: [email protected] Subject: “Let’s Build 0→1”

  • Everyone tells me Linked/in ads are too expensive. They say $200 - $250 per lead ( Sometime $400 😂)is the "cost of doing business." The truth is, most marketers have never actually run Linked/in ads at a significant budget, so they don't know which buttons to turn off to stop the bleed I recently ran a campaign for a UK-based Enterprise Talent Assessment platform. We were targeting high-level decision-makers: CHROs, VPs of HR, and Senior Talent Acquisition leaders at companies with 50 to 200+ employees. The industry average for this audience is easily $120+ per lead. We achieved a $38.20 CPL How? By doing the things most "experts" skip: Ruthless Exclusions: Most marketers forget to exclude. We don't. We excluded one-person teams and specific variations that burn budget without intent. If you don't exclude, your CAC will always skyrocket. The "Permanent Residency" Filter: This is a tiny setting that makes a massive difference. If you don't lock your location to permanent residents, you end up paying for "passers-by" who have zero long-term value for an enterprise solution. Killing "Audience Expansion": Linked/in loves to "expand" your audience to "similar" people. In enterprise B2B, "similar" usually means "unqualified." We turned it off. Creative Testing: We didn't just launch and pray. We tested multiple variations until we found the one that spoke directly to the CHRO's pain points. We spent $1,500 total—$1,300 on pure lead gen and $200 on Thought Leadership Ads to build authority with those same CHROs. The result? A predictable pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities for a fraction of the market cost. If you have a $2,000+ budget and you’re tired of seeing your spend disappear into the Linked/in void, I’m here to help. I’ll audit your current spend and show you exactly where the "leaks" are. Your budget should be a revenue engine, not a donation to Linked/in. If you’re tired of paying the "lazy marketer tax" and want to see the exact blueprint for $38 enterprise leads Go to my profile and click the "Book a Call" link in the Featured section I’ll audit your current spend and show you exactly where the "leaks" are. No fluff, just performance ;)
