Moin, Ich bin Ika. Geschäftsführerin der KarriereKomplizen GmbH, Personalberaterin und ziemlich überzeugt davon, dass gutes Recruiting allen Freude machen darf :) Ich führe ein feines Team aus Recruiter:innen und Sourcer:innen. Und Ich mache den Job jeden Tag: Active Sourcing. Headhunting. Recruitingstrategie. Wir finden Menschen, die nicht auf Stellenanzeigen warten. Wir suchen dort, wo der Markt eng ist, Anforderungen speziell sind und intern irgendwann der Satz fällt: "Wir finden einfach niemanden." Wir machen Recruiting nicht nebenbei, nicht automatisiert und nicht auf Masse. Wir recherchieren. Wir verstehen Zielgruppen. Wir sprechen Menschen vernünftig Individuell an. Wir hinterfragen Suchprofile. Und wir sagen auch, wenn wir glauben, dass eine Suche so nicht funktionieren wird. Kurz: Ehrliche Beratung, ziemlich viel Sourcing-Handwerk und ein Team, das wirklich Bock darauf hat, schwer zu findende Menschen zu finden. Und weil ich offenbar nicht genug Recruiting in meinem Leben habe, mache ich auch noch ziemlich viel Content darüber. :D Wenn dein Team gerade sagt „Wir finden niemanden“, schreib mir gern! :)

Morgen sehe ich einfach MEIN GANZES TEAM ZUM ERSTEN MAL Ich bin ULTRA AUFGEREGT! :D Wir sind full remote. Wir arbeiten jeden Tag zusammen. Wir telefonieren. Wir lachen. Und den ein oder anderen sah ich schon in echt, so ist nicht :D ABER: Wir waren noch NIE alle gemeinsam im selben Raum???? :DDD Und morgen einfach: ALLE DA. Was ich erwarte? :D Good times haben. Viel lachen. Messe besuchen. Pizza essen. Bier trinken. Ich weiß, das ist mein Job: Schnell und gut zu liefern. Aber: Ist aber jedes Mal wieder EINE GROßE FREUDE. Und glücklich machts mich auch. Wir suchten im Bereich Global Training in Hessen - mit sehr viel Reisetätigkeit. :D EIN (!!!) IN ZAHLEN: 1 Profil geschickt. Und alle so: jup, der isses. :D Zaaaaaaaaaaack. :D Ich liebe active sourcing, ich liebe schnelle Entscheidungen, und ich liebe das ich ein tolles Team hab, mit dem ich sowas machen darf. liebst du .gifs auf linkedin wie ich?:D
