Belgium-born, Tel Aviv-based, and on the phone most of the day. 5+ years of B2B outbound across Europe and Israel: cybersecurity at Check Point, AppSec at Mend.io, AI at Melingo. Top SDR worldwide by revenue generated at Check Point (Q2 '25): $25M+ pipeline sourced, 714% of annual pipeline quota. My playbook is simple. Research before dialing. Cold calls over cold emails. No message that could be sent to 100 people unchanged. I'd rather make 10 calls that book 3 meetings than 150 that book 2. Today I'm opening the French and European markets for Melingo's AI sales agents, running full-cycle outbound from first dial to demo. I write here about what actually happens on cold calls - the noes, the losses, and what they teach. If that's your world, let's connect.

karaoke and cold calling are the same thing. figured that out in a garden in Alfei Menashe three weeks ago. august 24. team did a bbq. someone drags a speaker onto the grass. screen lights up and suddenly a room full of people who talk for a living all need to check their phones. but it's the same move right. you open your mouth in front of people who didn't ask, and four seconds in you already know. pitch. timing. did you commit or did you chicken out halfway. you can hear a flinch. on a call and on a chorus. one difference tho. and it's the whole thing. on the phone the room wants you to stop. in that garden the room wanted you to keep going. that's it. that's what a good team is. not the free lunch. not the offsite. a room that wants you to land it. got that here. took me a while to clock that it's not normal. → you find out more about a sales team around a speaker than in any pipeline review. you find out who's willing to look stupid first. devoted. that's the word. not talented, not driven. devoted. mine was Me Gustas Tu. what's the one your team won't let anybody else touch?
Tonight there's a fish head on the table, and it's staring at me. Nobody eats it. Everyone looks at it. That's its whole job. It's there for seven words: "𝐒𝐡𝐞'𝐧𝐢𝐡𝐲𝐞𝐡 𝐥'𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐡 𝐯'𝐥𝐨 𝐳𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐯." 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥. Delicacy was not the goal. I've said it every September of my life. This year I read the verse. Deuteronomy 28. There's a second half nobody quotes: head and not tail - if you listen, and if you do the thing. So it was never a wish. It's a deal. Then Ramban goes further: you can be the head of one thing and the tail of another at the same time. Head of the wolves, tail of the lion. That one I felt. I'm a Sales. I call people who outrank me about a category they didn't ask about. I'm the tail in most rooms I walk into, and pretending otherwise would be embarrassing. But I'm the head of exactly one thing. Who I call. When. Whether I pick the phone back up after a day where nothing landed. Nobody hands you that one. The shofar isn't a celebration sound. Maimonides calls it a wake-up call. The one alarm nobody snoozes. The year moved fast. It always does. Tonight: apples, honey, too much food, people I love, and a fish judging all of us. Shana tova 5787. May it be sweet as the honey, and may you be the head of the thing that's actually yours.
Three days in Paris to find out if a machine can out-sell me. The deal I made with myself for NRF: I don't pitch. The agent does. Come watch it handle a shopper live. Ask it what you'd ask a new hire on day one. Try to break it, seriously, I'd rather you do it than one of your customers. I'll be the guy standing next to it, drinking coffee. Hall 4, booth 62.
