You no longer need to be technical to automate your business. Make just dropped Maia, an AI coworker that lives inside Make and builds the automations for you. You just describe the job like you're texting an employee. For example: "When a new lead comes into my CRM, email them back instantly and send my team a summary in Teams." On screen, Maia thinks through the request, picks the tools, maps out the flow and sets up every step. And you can watch exactly what she's doing and why. Let's say I want to change something, I don't need to open the settings and figure out the logic. I just tell her: "Only do this for deals over $5,000." And she adjusts the automation right there. This isn't ChatGPT giving you instructions on how to build something. It's happening inside your Make account. And if an automation breaks or you don't understand something, you can ask Maya to explain it or fix it. The same conversation works for chasing invoices, building reports, onboarding clients, following up with leads... Pretty much anything you previously thought you had to be technical to set up. #AI #Automation #BusinessAutomation #FutureOfWork #Ubiqflow
I think we've become obsessed with keeping up. The latest trend. The latest strategy. The latest tool. The latest opinion. I think good leaders are becoming the ones who know what not to chase. Every week, I see another headline telling us this is the next big thing. And every week, I ask myself whether this will still matter to my business a year from now. Most of the time, the answer is no. Businesses don't move forward because they react to everything. They move forward because they stay committed to the things that actually matter. Looking after customers. Building great teams. Making decisions with incomplete information. Creating something people genuinely value. Those things haven't changed and maybe that's the challenge for all of us. Not to become faster at changing direction but better at knowing when not to. Have a great Sunday. #Leadership #BusinessStrategy #GrowthMindset #Ubiqflow
Would you trust an AI to check if your parents are okay? South Korea has started a pilot where AI calls people who escaped North Korea to check on their well-being, particularly those living alone or considered vulnerable. If the AI detects signs of distress or risk during the conversation, it alerts support services for human follow-up. At first, this sounds like a uniquely Korean story but it isn't. e're living longer, more people live alone and the healthcare systems are stretched. There simply aren't enough people to make regular check-in calls to everyone who might need one. AI should never replace human care. But is an AI call better than no call at all? I think this is where AI becomes most interesting. Helping societies reach people who might otherwise be forgotten. That's a very different conversation from using AI to write emails or generate images. #AI #Leadership #Innovation #Society
