There is a pattern here on LinkedIn. Creators go all in for three months. Sometimes six. They post consistently. They share great ideas. They start building momentum. And then… they disappear. Stop posting completely. And honestly, I get it. Creating content takes effort. It takes creativity. It takes guts. And it takes a whole lot of grit. But then again, what do I know? Maybe they’ve built an engaged audience on Substack, Instagram or YouTube. Maybe LinkedIn was never meant to be their main platform. Maybe they’re running ads. But if they haven’t built an audience somewhere? They’re going to have a hard time selling their offers. Wonder why everyone else seems to get so much engagement on their posts - and you don't? When did you last check your LinkedIn Profile settings? These are different from the new post settings feature (see 2nd picture), but they are worth checking too! CAN people comment? CAN people see your full name? CAN people see your profile picture? It takes you max 7 minutes to check, and confirm - or change if needed. Before you do it - make sure you share this post, so that more people can see it. They will thank you for it. 🩵
