Holy macaroni - my very first IN-PERSON EVENT is taking shape! 🎉 And I get to share the stage with the fabulous Janene Liston - The Pricing Lady. So... what are we creating? At a high level, we want to give you something that most business owners don't give themselves nearly enough of: A few hours OFF from running your business - to actually work ON your business. Because I guess we've both been to enough webinars, workshops, conferences, and events where you leave completely fired up. Your notebook is full. Your head is full. You have 37 brilliant ideas about everything you're going to change. And then... Client work happens. Emails happen. Life happens. And slowly but surely, that fire dies. Not this time! On November 13th, we're getting 20 business owners into a room in Zurich for three hours. And you bring ONE offer. Then we're going to work on three things: → POSITION Because you can have the best offer in the world, but if the right people don't see it, understand it and know why they need it - it's going to be pretty hard to sell. → PRICE Because pricing isn't about "charging what you're worth." It's about making a smart commercial decision about what you're charging, why you're charging it - and whether that price actually works for you, your customers, AND your business. → PROFIT This is where we make sure that lovely notebook doesn't disappear into a drawer when you get home. You'll turn what you've worked on during the morning into a concrete 90-day action plan. Could those 90 days generate more revenue than the previous six months? Maybe. That's the goal. But hey - we're not doing the work for you. You still have to do that bit yourself. What we WILL do is spend those three hours guiding you, challenging you, teaching you, listening to you, cheering you on and helping you make the decisions that set you up to actually do it. Leave with clearer positioning, a smarter pricing decision, and a concrete 90-day plan to generate more sales and profit. 📍 Zurich, Switzerland 📅 Friday, November 13th 🎟️ CHF 100 👥 Maximum 20 service providers / coaches / consultants If you're in or around Zurich on November 13th - it's time to get your ticket. You'll find all the details - and the link to secure your spot, here, https://lnkd.in/e6gyDF46 and in the event below.

This is how LinkedIn works. I quit my job at UBS in 2019 and started my own thing. Marta Zielińska, my friend and former team member at the bank, supported me from the very beginning. She connected me with Araceli Canedo Bebbington when she was at a cross roads in her career. Araceli joined the very first cohort of LinkedIn Breakthrough - before either of us really knew whether the program would work. It did. Really well. For both of us. Yesterday, Araceli hosted one of her amazing networking events, this time we also got to celebrate the launch of her very first book. Natalya Tarasova (not in any picture this time) sent me a connection request in 2021. She had just moved to Zurich, and we met up for a coffee. Later, she sent the lovely Dorothée L. Troyanov my way, who later joined my program too. And because both Araceli and Dorothee had been in my program, they connected. Katia Vlachos, Ph.D. and I connected here in 2023, and later met for coffee. She's one of those fierce women you just want to have in your corner. Yesterday, Dorothee and Katia finally met IRL for the first time. And Dorothee brought her friend Stefan Biasini to Araceli’s book launch. So, now, I'm connected to Stefan too. Turns out - we have a similar corporate background. You might say: "Yeah, but you all meet IRL now. I see your selfies. Duh." Exactly. But LinkedIn is where many of us initially met. It’s where we stay connected. It’s how we stay on top of each other’s minds. And it’s how one connection leads to another, which leads to another, which leads to another... You don’t have to have LinkedIn all figured out. Heck, you don’t even need to post here. But connect with your colleagues.
 Your former colleagues.
 Old friends.
 New friends.
 People you meet at events.
People you find interesting. And then stay connected. Send them a DM. Meet them for coffee. Take a selfie. (Or don’t.) Celebrate their wins. Introduce good people to other good people. And stay curious about where one simple connection might lead. Because you really never know. And THAT is how LinkedIn works. P.S. the people I tagged here are all amazing, and open to new, cool connections. So if you're not yet connected - send them a connection request, and a DM. Tell them I sent my regards.

Hashtags are not working on LinkedIn. And neither are cute, quirky, fun, or creative keywords. Stop using niche terms that nobody searches for. If you want people to find your content, you need to use the exact phrases your audience types into the search bar. This clip is an extract from my latest YouTube video, where I take you through how to create your LinkedIn Business Page - and yes, part of that also includes picking the right keywords. 🟢 Check out the full video here: https://lnkd.in/erSTEj7N Applying this keyword research basics approach helps you stop guessing and start getting found by new followers who are actively looking for your topic. What's one of the funniest words you've used so far? P.S. I'll tell you how I decided on my LinkedIn headline (another important place for your keywords) when I started my business... - Tony Robbins was involved in that decision... - and I would love for you to share yours 👇🏻

Pricing is probably one of the hardest riddles to solve as an entrepreneur. Not because we can’t do the maths. But because we bake so much into that one little number: What we need to charge at a minimum. What we think the market will accept. What we think we should charge. What we’d love to charge. What others charge. Our experience. Our confidence. Our feelings and emotions. And yes… sometimes even our self-worth. No wonder pricing feels complicated. And once you’ve finally picked a number? People will still have opinions. “It’s too expensive.” “That’s way too cheap.” “You could charge much more.” But your pricing doesn’t need to make sense to everyone. It needs to make sense for your business, your offer, your clients - and the life and business you’re building. I recently joined Janene Liston, aka The Pricing Lady, on her podcast, where we dove into some of my own pricing experiences - including a few things I definitely wouldn’t do again 😅 - and what I teach my clients today. If pricing is something you’ve been wrestling with too, have a listen: https://lnkd.in/eddqKEG3

Most of us struggle with perfectionism to some degree. We forget things. We try things that don't work. We make decisions that, in hindsight, weren't particularly smart. That's part of building a business. But I've noticed something lately, and I think it might impact whether people TRUST you. Read my latest LinkedIn newsletter, and let me know whether you agree - or disagree. What is your experience?
