I’ve distilled the strategies used by elite performers and translated them into an integrated framework that serves: Leaders & CEOs: Who want to bring humanity back into their business. Parents: Who view raising children as the ultimate, lifelong leadership project. Athletes & Champions: Who seek the mental fortitude to perform under pressure. Individuals Facing Challenges: Who are rebuilding from the ashes and seeking a path to thrive, not just survive. My "Why": My commitment to this framework is deeply personal. I am a father to two adult sons, one of whom, my son Iordanis, is on the autism spectrum. At 21, he is currently in his second year of university, studying alongside his mother, who is tackling her own academic journey through university entrance exams. Watching them grow, struggle, and succeed together has been my greatest lesson in leadership and resilience. It has taught me that the "Human Factor" isn't just a business concept, it is the foundation of every triumph, personal or professional. The MBA of Life is about one thing: Integration.
