Hi I'm Dr Lauren Ingram. I'm a marketer, speaker, tech educator and community builder. And I'll help you to win in the next internet. I've mixed working in marketing for tech companies like Meta, Wispr Flow and Amazon alongside building communities, so my career is non-linear but mainly boils down to one thing: I love demystifying the next big thing in tech, and helping it click for other people. I present concepts in a hype-free way, bringing some much-needed realism in a very noisy space - and helping the pace of change feel less overwhelming. The throughline in all of this: I'm on a mission to boost women's AI literacy through my community AI Girl Gang so women don't get left behind - upskilling everyone via events, ai girl gang podcast, AI training and GEO training. In late 2025 I received an Honorary Doctorate from Arden University for my contributions to digital inclusion and leadership in emerging technologies. One button to do all of my work? Kind of, yeah! The AI tool that (quite literally) saves me the most time is using voice to text. All you need to do is: 1. Download Wispr Flow 2. Create an account - plenty of use on the Free version 3. Press the Fn key and just talk, don't type :) This is why I sit muttering into a mic for a lot of my day. Talking is SO much faster than typing: - I speak into it at 143 wpm - The average typing speed on a keyboard is about 40 wpm, nerds can speed type at about 100-120 wpm 😅 - Pro tip is I speak pretty much all of my AI prompts now I don't type them. It gives way better context if you just talk. There you have it. If you don't believe me ask Ruben Hassid, Jodie Cook, LIAM DARMODY or Emmie Faust (all absolute powerhouses)
