I’m a leadership and communication coach for the MedTech industry. On LinkedIn, I talk about the human side of medical device quality assurance. This includes the day-to-day workplace friction, audit anxiety, and communication gaps that QA managers and regulatory directors face. Right now, there is much greater awareness across all regulated industries that executive leadership is directly responsible for the quality system. Because of this shift, I write about how QA leaders can manage up and speak the C-suite's language so that everyone is aligned on that responsibility. While I am based in Canada, my LinkedIn audience is global - predominantly concentrated across the United States, Europe, Australia / New Zealand. My work in this space has been featured on leading industry platforms, including podcasts like Greenlight Guru, The Qualitalks Podcast, Lean Solutions Podcast, Lifesciences 360, and Easy Medical Device. I also have an official educational course featured on the RAPS course listings. My posts are read by MedTech QA leaders who are navigating these communication challenges every day.
