I help you build a life-changing personal brand and learn to love the journey | Founder @launchanyway | Content Creator & Community Builder | Join my LinkedIn Growth Community ☀️
Hey, I'm Maria — a personal branding coach and consultant based in Berlin. I teach solopreneurs / founders to build personal brands that attract clients and opportunities. Lots of opportunities. And if there's anything I learned this year about myself, it's that I LOVE TEACHING. Being useful, helping you grow and seeing the spark in my student's eyes. So, I've been teaching hundreds of people through workshops, events, 1:1 sessions, communities... After working as a startup marketer for 4+ years, leading content-first growth and turning LinkedIn into the primary source of leads and revenue, not just vanity metrics, I decided to go all-in as a personal branding consultant and content creator. Since then, I've been lucky to work with brands like Framer, Notion, Outsite, Tally, Pitch, Make, ATworld, GrowthMentor, 12BRAVE, and many more. If you're a solopreneur or founder who needs clear systems and to make your personal brand drive opportunities, clients and leads for you — you're in the right place, and I would love to help! 💜 DM me "growth" to book a consultation with me directly or learn about my LinkedIn Growth Community🫶 I created and manage two more communities — the Solopreneur Community (launch/anyway and the Notion for Marketers community (as a Notion Ambassador) because I just love people and learning from each other. You can find lots of free resources on my page and YouTube channel (@hellomarialeden). Other than here you can find me at a calisthenics class, grabbing VEGAN lunch with friends, or co-working at one of my favorite Berlin cafes.

i think we should all collectively just give up LinkedIn, it's been a ride .... ok, but actually... yes, impressions are down (for a few months already) but it's still VERY possible to grow and get reach - I'm seeing it in my community, with clients, and on my own account (250k this week alone even though one post got 62 impressions - it happens to me too lol!) you just need to learn what works on linkedin more than ever - hmu;)
brand: "can we sponsor a post on your instagram?" me: *checks out brand* "yes, love your product! I think my linkedin audience would be more interesting to you though - 10x larger, targeted audience. here are my rates" brand: "but do you do instagram sponsorships?" me: "yes sure, like I shared before. I added my instagram rates" brand: "why is your instagram rate high if you have 10x less followers?" me: "because I have limited capacity, and this is how I value my time, expertise and audience after careful consideration" I'm sorry BUT WHAT WAS THAT CONVERSATION 🤣 If it's out of budget just name a range so I can make a new proposal or find a smaller creator 😃 *sigh*
Building a community for a living can be one of the loneliest jobs there is. Which sounds mad, right? The whole job is bringing people together so nobody feels alone. But two weeks ago I walked into a dinner with about twenty thousand things on my mind. A backlog of messages, client work, my content, events to promote, the bills, eeeeeverything. And one GINORMOUS question: "which direction do I take my solopreneur community next?" Recurring events? Keep it free? A membership? A sponsor? More international? I've been feeling quite stuck. I've built communities my whole life because I love it. But love doesn't pay, and as rewarding as it is, it's a lot of work on top of my other projects and my calendar is a game of tetris at this point haha The dinner was Cécile Huynh and Aman A.'s lovely idea. Community builders getting together for a chat. And it's becoming a monthly thing now!! We talked for hours. Growth, collabs, mental health, monetisation, careers, life. Allll of the things. And somewhere between dinner and ice cream (can we please make ice cream after dinner an official rule? ahaha), I started feeling much lighter. I wasn't alone in my head with all of my worries, but could share them and get an outside perspective. My mind can be a gloomy place sometimes. I tend to overthink the negatives, not the positives. I think I really needed that dinner 🥺 The people whose whole job is making everyone else feel less alone are often the worst at doing it for themselves. Funny that I guess what helped me was the same thing that I offer my community. A room full of people who are on the same journey of figuring it out 🫰
