About Milan Tanaskovic

Product Designer | Manufacturing, B2B SaaS & E-commerce | Design Systems & Prototyping

I’m a Product Designer focused on complex workflows across manufacturing, B2B SaaS and e-commerce. I turn operational complexity into clear interfaces, with particular attention to role ownership, system states and the path from intent to outcome. My portfolio includes LineThread, a manufacturing incident-management workflow tested across four operational roles; Flowlytics, a connected SaaS productivity platform; and CALMountain, a responsive e-commerce experience across desktop and mobile. My work covers product flows, information architecture, interface design, reusable design systems, responsive layouts, prototyping and usability testing in Figma. Alongside design, I work in precision manufacturing and quality control. That experience has shaped how I approach accuracy, responsibility, edge cases and decisions that affect real operations. I’m looking for a remote Product Design or UX/UI opportunity where I can contribute clear thinking, consistent execution and practical problem-solving.

  • CALMountain is a responsive e-commerce experience designed to balance a distinctive outdoor identity with a clear, focused shopping journey. The central challenge was avoiding two extremes: a generic storefront with no character, and a visually impressive interface that made buying harder. Because the product is built around outdoor activities—something people actively choose and enjoy—I wanted the interface to feel recognizable and engaging while remaining calm and easy to use. I designed the complete desktop and mobile flow, from browsing and product selection through checkout and order confirmation, supported by a reusable design system. The result is a consistent experience that keeps discovery, decision-making and checkout connected across screen sizes. • Production resumed. The incident stayed open. That's the idea behind LineThread — a self-initiated product design project about how manufacturing quality incidents move between Operator, Maintenance, Quality and Shift Supervisor. Quality can release the output and let production continue while Maintenance still needs to confirm the machine is actually stable. LineThread keeps those two decisions separate, inside one shared incident record. I've spent more than nine years working in manufacturing. This is the first project where that background actually did some work. Tested prototype, not shipped. Full case study: https://lnkd.in/duq9g92d #ProductDesign #UXDesign #Manufacturing

  • Flowlytics — SaaS UX/UI Case Study I wanted Flowlytics to do more than show productivity numbers after the fact. The idea was to connect analytics with the work itself: see what needs attention, plan the next block, then move straight into a focus session. The case study follows that flow across Analytics, Work and Focus Session. Full case study: https://lnkd.in/dsDCnU6c
