Building predictable revenue through precision outbound. I design and execute cold outreach campaigns that deliver sales-qualified leads straight into your sales calendar. Using market signals, behavioral data, and intent-based targeting, I craft personalized campaigns that move prospects from unaware to SQL in weeks, not months. My focus is the full outbound GTM stack: - Prospect research and segmentation using intent signals and buying behavior - Campaign strategy across cold email, LinkedIn, and multi-touch sequences - Lead qualification to ensure only real prospects reach your team - System optimization to scale without losing conversion quality Daily toolkit: Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, Leadmagic, IcyPeas, Oceanio, Prospeo, and multiple databases - all connected through Clay with custom workflows built around specific audience segments and data sources. Why it matters: Most outbound feels like noise. I treat it like a strategy. Every email, every LinkedIn message, every touch is intentional. The result is higher engagement, faster meetings, and leads your sales team actually wants to follow up with. Who I work with: B2B SaaS companies, startups, and agencies that want to scale revenue without blowing up their ad budget. If you're looking for quality over quantity in your outbound efforts, let's talk. Having a source of good potential clients (or business opportunities) is like having the healthiest bloodstream! In today's news, everything is changing, so adapt or go left behind :))

The client said he wants 100 opportunities per week. I said: say less. The queen is queening 👑 This is what happened after only 2.5 weeks. The offer? Funding for small businesses. Which, if you know me, you already know is exactly the kind of market I love working with. I’m not scared of big numbers. Actually, give me the number. Tell me the revenue goal, opportunity target and your capacity. And I’ll start calculating backwards. How many opportunities do we need? How much volume? How many prospects? How many campaigns? How many angles do we need to test? That’s where it gets fun for me. This client is a good fit because he has the capacity to handle the opportunities we generate. He knows what he wants. He can work the pipeline. He won't waste leads, time, or money because his sales team can’t keep up. That’s the type of client I LOVE working with. Big goals. Big capacity. No fear of volume. We’re hustling!!! How’s Q4 looking for you? 👀 - Milana Petkovic, Queen of Outreach 🫅 | GTM Instantly.ai
The real winners in GTM know how to sell physical products. 😉 It’s a completely different game from SaaS, services or another tool. Here are my 2 cents on that: With SaaS, you can sell the pain, the workflow, the efficiency, the ROI. With a physical product, there are way more layers. Who is actually buying it? A distributor? A retailer? An importer? A wholesaler? A procurement team? A private-label buyer? Every single one of them buys for a different reason. Then comes geography Regulations Certifications Packaging Margins Shipping MOQ Existing suppliers Distribution channels And THEN we can talk about outreach. This is why I would never take 5 different physical products from one company and throw them into one campaign. For me, that’s 5 different GTM motions. Different ICP, buyer, positioning, market, copy and list The list is probably even more important here than the email itself. I don’t want “retail companies in the UK.” I'm looking for companies that already stock something similar, distribute into the right category, work with the right type of supplier, or have a reason to consider this product now. And only after all of that do I write the email. Usually something painfully simple: product why you commercial angle proof CTA That’s it. And yes, cold email works for physical products. Across the physical-product campaigns I reviewed, cold acquisition generated 6.43 opportunities per 1,000 contacts on average, while the best cold campaign reached 25.29 opportunities per 1,000. But this is exactly why I keep saying: GTM is not sending emails. It’s understanding how something gets bought. - Milana Petkovic, Queen of Outreach 🫅 | GTM Instantly.ai
Let me get this straight to you My outbound hack is ridiculously simple: Make it easy for people to say YES. Stop asking strangers for big commitments. Money? Too early. 30-minute meeting? Still a commitment. “Can I show you our platform?” Nobody woke up hoping for another demo. You haven’t earned that yet. Instead, give them something. A free sample, a quick audit, a prospect list, a benchmark, a small test…. Whatever makes sense for your offer. Just be charity for fuck’s sake 😭 The first CTA needs to create the easiest possible next step. “Want me to send it over?” Yes or no. Binary. Low friction. And once they say yes? Now you have a conversation. That’s the whole game. Lower the commitment → increase the replies → earn the right to ask for more later. Stop proposing marriage in the first cold email and start practicing yoga; it can help you structure your thoughts. 🧘♀️
