About Mocca Rabothata

Customer Success | Account Management | AI Translator

I’ve spent over a decade in roles where the job was technically account management or customer success but what I was actually doing was figuring out what people needed before they knew how to ask for it — and then making it happen.I work across a lot — relationships, operations, process, and now building with AI in ways that have genuinely changed what I’m capable of as one person. I designed and shipped a product from scratch without a technical co-founder. That’s not something most people in my lane can say.I’m not a developer. But I build. I’m not just an account manager. But I know how to hold a relationship together when everything else is moving. I think fast, I move fast, and I don’t need a lot of hand-holding to figure out what needs to happen next.

  • This year taught me something I won't forget. Customers can handle things going wrong. What they can't handle is abandonment. The dropped call nobody followed up on. The appointment reminder that never came. The breach that was discovered weeks later — by the customer, not the company. It doesn't matter how good your product is if the person on the other end feels like nobody noticed they were gone. I've been thinking about this across two industries I've been close to this year — healthcare and cybersecurity. In healthcare, the gap between needing care and receiving it often comes down to one thing. Not access. Not cost. Communication. Patients aren't disengaged — they're just waiting for someone to show up. In cybersecurity, we're watching the same pattern play out at scale. AI is moving fast and it's genuinely exciting. But a lot of people building and adopting right now are moving so quickly they're not asking what they're exposing in the process. The tools are powerful. The blind spots are growing. The technology to close both gaps exists. The question is whether the people building it remember that on the other end of every system is a person who trusted you to show up. #HealthTech #Cybersecurity #AITranslator #CustomerSuccess #SalesDevelopment #PatientEngagement #AIDecoded #MoccaVegas

  • Language barriers at work are expensive. Not just for big companies expanding into Asia. For the HR manager running a global onboarding session. The team lead whose half their reports are on a different continent. The small business owner trying to close a client in a language that isn't theirs. Most people just push through. Speak slower. Hope the other side is following. Quietly lose something in every meeting that should have been a real conversation. I came across a tool recently that I think most people don't know exists yet. Real-time AI speech interpretation. Not subtitles. Not translation after the fact. Live audio — in the other person's language — with about a one second delay. Sits on top of Zoom, Teams, Google Meet. No human interpreter. No complex setup. The gap between a meeting where everyone is genuinely following and one where half the room is politely nodding — that gap is now a $48/month decision. If you work across languages — whether that's a global team, international clients, or cross-border anything — this is worth knowing about. Comment INTERPRET and I'll send you the link.
