[Link Below]. Mojeed began his journey in global sustainability after winning a national climate change contest, which led to a UNESCO-sponsored research tour in Germany. There, he worked alongside Nigeria’s Ministries of Environment and Education, supported by leaders like then-Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola, gaining firsthand experience in driving real-world impact at the intersection of policy and global challenges. Building on that foundation, after having his Bachelor's in Mathematics, he pursued a Master’s in Informatics & Analytics, where he earned a perfect CGPA. He has applied his skills at companies such as Deloitte and KPMG, leading machine learning innovation projects that bridged technology with business transformation. Today, as CEO and Founder of DataGlobal Hub, he has extended that mission into Data & AI education and accessibility at DataGlobal Hub, a global AI media & EdTech platform using multi-agent systems, LLMs, and generative AI tools to deliver personalized news, gamified learning, and multilingual content, bridging Data & AI access gaps worldwide through inclusive, scalable tech - making AI literacy as universal as reading. In only months, DataGlobal Hub has hosted conferences featuring leaders from OpenAI, Microsoft, Google and Amazon, partnered with Forbes, Packt books, DataCamp and many others to empower thousands through education, won Technology News Platform of the Year (Innovation Award by CorporateLiveWire), invited/nominated for several other global awards, given out AI scholarships to over 1500 students globally and partnered with a lot of Universities, garnered 1,700+ Ambassadors globally across 6 continents, secured over 200 Partners (Ebay, Forbes, Google Workspace, HP, DataCamp, Amazon, and many others), making him uniquely positioned to lead a mission-driven startup shaping the future of AI. DataGlobal Hub's work has been published on Business Insider, Yahoo News, and over 900 media platforms. This unique blend of sustainability, academic excellence, corporate innovation, and global entrepreneurship positions him to lead a mission-driven company shaping the future of Data and AI. Every team building with LLMs eventually asks the same question. Should we fine-tune the model or build a RAG pipeline? Most get the answer wrong not because they chose poorly, but because they applied the right solution to the wrong problem. Here is how to decide. The decision framework: Fine-Tuning vs RAG When to use RAG: → Your knowledge base changes frequently: new data, updated documents, live feeds. → You need citations and source attribution in the output. → Your context is too large to fit in a fine-tuning dataset. → You want to avoid hallucinations grounded in outdated training data. When to fine-tune: → You need the model to follow a specific format, tone, or style consistently. → You have a specialized vocabulary or domain that general models handle poorly. → Latency matters and retrieval adds too much overhead. → You have a large, high-quality labeled dataset and a stable knowledge base. When to use both: → Fine-tune for style, tone, and format. → Use RAG for factual grounding and up-to-date knowledge. → This combination is the architecture behind most production-grade AI assistants. The mistake most teams make: They fine-tune when the problem is retrieval quality. Then they wonder why the model still hallucinates facts. Fine-tuning teaches the model how to respond. RAG gives it something accurate to respond about. These are different problems that require different solutions. Solve them separately. Then combine. Which approach is your team using, and has it worked the way you expected?
