Some journeys don't just add to your resume—they shape your career. ✨ It all began on 4th May, when I received my offer letter for a paid internship at MAGMA ENGINEERING INDIA. Being selected through a rigorous selection process among 100+ candidates was one of the proudest moments of my academic journey. It wasn't just an offer letter—it was the beginning of a new chapter. From 1st June to 15th July, I had the privilege of working as a Technical Engineer Intern on the project titled "Understanding the Influence of Gating Design and Heat Treatment on Microstructure Evolution and Crack Susceptibility in Steel Castings through MAGMASOFT®." During these 45 days, I gained hands-on experience with MAGMASOFT®, working on casting simulation, feeding and gating optimization, stress analysis, and heat treatment simulation. More importantly, I learned how engineering challenges are solved through analysis, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What made this internship truly memorable was the culture at MAGMA ENGINEERING INDIA. From having my own workspace to being trusted with responsibilities and treated as a member of the team, I never felt like "just an intern." Along with technical knowledge, I learned professionalism, workplace etiquette, communication, and the qualities that shape an industry-ready engineer. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ravi Kishore T. Sir and Mr. sreeramula omkareshwar Sir for their mentorship, patience, and continuous guidance. I am equally grateful to the entire technical team for always being approachable and willing to share your knowledge and industry experience. A special thank you to Ms. Thota Swetha Ma'am for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. Her constant support, attention to every small detail, and encouragement—from professional etiquette to adapting to the corporate environment—played a significant role in shaping our journey as young professionals. As these wonderful 45 days come to an end, I leave with much more than technical knowledge—confidence, invaluable industry exposure, meaningful connections, and memories I'll always cherish. Thank you, MAGMA ENGINEERING INDIA, for giving me such a strong start to my professional journey.
