About Nicolas Keller

Helping founders raise capital and win customers with AI · Co-founder 8raise · Follow for fundraising, AI marketing & growth

I build AI systems for the two things every company needs to grow: capital and customers. On the capital side: whether you're closing a seed round from VCs, Fund I from LPs, or a real estate raise from family offices, the loop is the same. Find named investors. Write personalized outreach. Send at scale. Close the round. On the customer side: same shape, different game. Create the campaigns, run them across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn, analyze what's working, and optimize in real time. The teams that win aren't the ones with the biggest budget. They're the ones with the fastest-learning system. Most founders and operators waste 40+ hours a week on work that should be automated, on both sides. The systems I build solve that. They live across three products and two publications, and they're the same ones I use on my own raises and my own marketing. A short version of how I got here: → At 17, e-commerce. Learned that distribution beats product 9 times out of 10. → Early 20s, paid media for D2C brands across Spain and the UK. → Then a digital marketing and development agency. Shipped a lot of products before I closed it down to focus on what came next. → Then crypto and Web3. Helped companies raise in pre-sales from thousands of investors across every type and geography. Built the muscle for fundraising under volatility. Today, I'm building in parallel: → EleveX. Co-founder and COO of the real estate tokenization platform that opens institutional, HNWI, and retail capital to developers via secondary exchanges. → 8raise. After personally closing €10M and helping founders close €15M+, I built the investor discovery MCP for Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity. 450K+ named investors, ranked, in 90 seconds. → 8MKT. Marketing run on AI across the whole function: content creation, GTM, distribution, and paid media as one piece of it. The marketing team of 2030 is a handful of operators running dozens of AI agents, and we're building the layer that makes that real. → Two Substacks with my co-founder Ignacio: 8fundraising (raising capital) and 8MKT (AI marketing). 8fundraising hit Top 90 Bestsellers in Business, Top 7 New Bestsellers & Top 10 in Business on Substack after week two. 5M+ LinkedIn impressions in 60 days, from zero. The pattern across all of it: I get obsessed with problems and can't stop until I've shipped something that solves them. Tokenization. AI automation. Fundraising. Marketing. The obsession is the whole thing, not the obstacle. Raising right now? Scaling your marketing with AI? Building in any of this? DM me.

  • Every founder raising a seed round gets told family offices are late money. Come back at Series B. Here are 50 that say otherwise in their own words. Twenty countries, and 47 of them are a single family spending its own money. 1. Prasetia Dwidharma, Indonesia 2. Mehta Ventures, United States 3. Desai Ventures, India 4. Tamarak, United States 5. MGA Ventures, India 6. TBJ Investments, United States 7. Anamaya Capital, India 8. Rosepaul Investments, United States 9. Kassam Investments, UAE 10. Snowasis Capital, United States 11. Vulpes Investment Mgmt, Singapore 12. Ryall Energy F.O., United States 13. Khora Venture Partners, Israel 14. AWT Private Inv., United States 15. Atooro Fund, Israel 16. Amiro Capital, United States 17. Pirveli Ventures, Canada 18. Bill Wood Ventures, United States 19. Foobar.VC, Iceland 20. Boxcar Ventures, United States 21. Gi21 Capital, Czechia 22. CampbellKlein, United States 23. Breslin AG, Switzerland 24. Arcturus Venture, United States 25. Virtual Network, Switzerland 26. Adler & Company, United States 27. K for Capital, France 28. Rocky Point Ventures, United States 29. Peak Pride, Austria 30. Pavey Family Inv., United States 31. Troismer, Belgium 32. MFO Ventures, United States 33. Zibra Family Office, Denmark 34. JMTD Holdings, United States 35. H9i Partners, Finland 36. J. Hunt Holdings, United States 37. CATRON Holding, Europe 38. JF2 Capital Partners, United States 39. Lyall Ventures, United Kingdom 40. October Capital, United States 41. Last Mile Ventures, United Kingdom 42. Hillspire, United States 43. Charlotte Street Cap., United Kingdom 44. Timberline Holdings, United States 45. Veddis, United Kingdom 46. Adakin Capital, United States 47. WIP, LP, Poland 48. Swedia Capital, Sweden 49. LUXEM Ventures, Australia 50. Tresalia Capital, Mexico Two things stand out. 47 of the 50 are single family offices, not the multi family ones everyone pitches. That is one family deciding with its own money. No investment committee, no clients to answer to, no fund cycle. It is the shortest route from pitch to yes in private capital. And the real ones are narrow. Atooro in Israel writes half a million to five million into food security. Last Mile in London does two deals a year at up to 25,000 euros. Gi21 in Czechia runs pre seed to Series A in AI. A tight mandate is the easiest thing in the world to qualify yourself against before you send anything. Every list we publish lives here: 8fundraising.substack.com Build your own, from any sector or geography: 8raise.com Save this. Fifty names will not survive one scroll.

  • The CMO Tool with Claude is here. Most marketing leaders are still running outbound like it is 2019. A spreadsheet, a sequencing tool, and one tired SDR copying opening lines out of LinkedIn profiles. By hand. Outbound is six jobs pretending to be one. Somebody builds the list. Somebody works out who is actually worth contacting this week. Somebody researches each person so the first line is not generic. Somebody writes the message. Somebody sends it and chases on the right day. And somebody has the conversation when a prospect finally replies. The first five are pattern work, the repetitive research and writing that a model does better than a person copying and pasting at six in the evening. Agents run them now, and you drive the whole thing from inside Claude, in the chat you already have open. The sixth stays with a person, because it was always the part that moved revenue. What changes is where your team's week goes. Twenty minutes on a Monday reading the drafts and the reply rates. The rest of the week goes into real conversations instead of into the tooling. The run in the writeup booked twelve demos in five days. Two honest limits before you plug anything in. It will not close a deal for you. It creates the conversation, and a person still has to win it. And it will not rescue a weak ICP. Point a confident agent at the wrong buyer and you get an expensive pipeline that only looks like progress. I put the whole system together, from defining the ICP to running it from Claude, including the parts it will not do.

  • Our Nordic and DACH family office lists, together in one drop. From London the region looks like two markets. There are eight of them. 250 named decision makers at 188 family offices, spread across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Germany, Switzerland and Austria. → 250 named seats, all held by the people who decide → 243 direct emails and 250 live LinkedIn profiles → Sweden 57, Germany 46, Switzerland 43, Finland 32, Denmark 30, Norway 29, Austria 11, Iceland 2 → 37 offices where two or more people are named → 111 offices in the Nordics and 77 in DACH Three countries hold more than half the table. Sweden, Germany and Switzerland account for 146 of the 250 seats, and Sweden on its own carries more than Norway, Austria and Iceland put together. If you only have time to research three countries this quarter, the numbers have already picked them. Same shape in both halves. The Nordics average 1.35 people per office and DACH 1.30. In either region roughly one office in five gives you a second name to write to, so one approach works across all eight countries. Start with the three big countries and let the other five wait their turn.

Why work with me

I build AI systems for the two things every company needs to grow: capital and customers. That means I reach two rooms most creators can't put in one place. Raising capital: founders running venture rounds, fund managers raising LP capital, real estate sponsors raising for deals. Decision-makers with capital in motion, hard to reach anywhere else. Running marketing: marketing operators, founder-marketers, GTM and sales leaders, agencies, and e-commerce founders building paid media on AI. The audience holds budget: 39% Founder / C-level, 40% founders by function, plus Marketing and Finance / VC. ~35K average views per post, 5M+ LinkedIn impressions in 60 days, and content that books ~250 qualified calls per month for the products I promote. I don't run banner placements. Your product shows up inside the real workflow I'm already writing about, which is why it converts.

What I offer

Two lanes. You pick the one your buyer reads. Your product lands native in that context, never blended with the other. FUNDRAISING LANE — for the room raising capital Best fits: investor CRM and outreach, cap-table, data-room and pitch software, fund admin, fundraising platforms. MARKETING LANE — for the room running growth Best fits: AI marketing and paid-media tools, ad-platform and GTM software, content and creative tools, attribution and analytics, e-commerce growth. Formats (either lane): - Single post in my voice, built around your product inside a real workflow - One month, 4 posts, for repeated exposure - Cross-channel partnership: my co-founder Ignacio and I run a full month across both LinkedIn profiles plus the matching Substack (8fundraising or 8MKT). This is where the call-booking numbers come from. Horizontal product used on both sides? Run both lanes as two separate native placements. Not a fit: get-rich-quick or guru courses, crypto tokens and memecoins, MLM, guaranteed-returns products.

How I work

You send a brief and tell me the lane. I write the post in my voice and place it inside real fundraising or real marketing content so it reads as editorial, not an ad. Each post anchors a comment-to-DM CTA, which is what drives the comment volume and routes interested buyers to a conversation. You get the qualified inbound. I keep editorial control so it lands, and I keep the two lanes separate so your product reaches the right room.
