Applying to 100+ CSM jobs with zero callbacks? Watching CSMs with half your experience land the roles you wanted? Maybe you're unemployed and savings is a countdown clock. Maybe you're underpaid, doing the work of three people while someone less qualified got your title. You know the routine: Wake up, Apply, Refresh, Nothing....Repeat. Around application 50, you stop asking "why won't they hire me" and start asking "what's wrong with me." Nothing is wrong with you. You're not unqualified. You're invisible. Nobody taught you how hiring actually works. You're playing a game where everyone else can see the board and you can't. Let me fix that. WHO I AM 🇨🇦 I'm Noah Little, an enterprise CSM with 6 years in the trenches with Facebook UK, VaynerMedia, Unilever, and P&G. I've sat on the side of the table you're trying to get to. 145 CSMs hired. 90% success rate. Average placement, 4 months. No networking. No coffee chats. No cold DMs. A system that works. WHAT I OFFER 🎯 Most coaches sell hope. "Tailor your resume." "Stay positive." Meanwhile your confidence dies one automated rejection at a time. I sell a system built only for CSMs, from real hiring manager feedback: 🎯 1 on 1 Coaching: 6 month mentorship. Resume, interviews, positioning. 🤖 AI + Automation: done for you job search. AI resume builder, interview simulator, and application systems working while you sleep (They use robots to reject you. I use robots to get you hired) 📈 Advancement Planning: promotion strategy for climbing internally. Being great at your job is not the same as being seen. 🔍 Job Search Strategy: ATS optimized resumes, applications that get responses, interviews that close offers. You stop applying into the void. You negotiate from strength, not gratitude. Desperate people accept offers. Confident people choose them. LET'S TALK 📅 CSMs: the search is costing you the version of yourself that used to feel good at this. Companies: every wrong hire costs you clients you'll never know you lost. CSM's, 5 Signs Your Company’s a Dumpster Fire and It’s Time to Leave 🔥 1️⃣ Churn is Out of Control Every town hall’s starting to feel like a therapy session. Leadership talks “vision”. While you’re stuck managing unhappy customers and broken promises. Ask yourself: Is this where I’m meant to be? 2️⃣ The Slack Talks Are All Negative. Quarterly layoffs, top CSM's leaving. The vibe is “who’s next?”, it’s clear the clock’s ticking. How long will you wait to make your move? 3️⃣ Career Growth? Radio Silence. You’ve hit your KPI, grown accounts, kept customers around. But every time you ask about growth, it’s “let’s talk next quarter.” Question is: How many quarters are you willing to wait? 4️⃣ Disconnected Leadership They preach “innovation” from afar but haven’t spoken to a customer in years. You’re in the trenches, fighting fires while they stand miles away. Are they even seeing the real picture? 5️⃣ The Product’s Losing Ground You’ve flagged issues, done the damage control, apologized to customers. But nothing changes. If they won’t listen now, will they ever? The right CSM role is out there one where your growth and impact actually matter. Don’t settle for a company that isn’t moving forward and doesn't give a flying flower about you 🌻 P.S. Every week, 5,000 CSMs get my job-hunting advice, free tips, and a no-BS approach. How I managed CSM job hunting when it feels lonely AF: We go through a loop that looks like: I check job alerts. I send in applications. I check my email I check job alerts. I send in applications. I check my email But I felt alone. (And it might be your current reality). The only thing this lonely place confirms for you is: • You’re actually stuck in isolation • Which triggers more negative thoughts • That feeds back into a spiral of discouragement … and you’re back in the loop. There are 2 ways you can go about it: A/ Keep going at it solo Scroll LinkedIn, get lost in a sea of layoffs, RIFs, and return-to-office demands, all while telling yourself to push harder despite feeling overwhelmed. (You’re fighting the battle alone, and you know it.) B/ What’s worked for me 1/ Just fcking accept my situation (emotionally). I had to face the fact that job hunting is isolating. It felt lonely, even with support. So instead of ignoring that feeling, I leaned into it and let myself fully feel it. Running away just made things worse. Facing it helped me see it for what it was, without letting it drag me down. 2/ Create a new environment of support From that place, I knew I needed something different. That’s when I built the Success Squad, a space where positivity thrives and job seekers encourage one another. If you’re surrounded by negativity, create or find a space where people lift each other up instead of dragging each other down. That's what I did. In a community like the Success Squad, you surround yourself with energy that moves you forward. You stop acting from a place of isolation and start building momentum through collective support. I’m no guru, or Top 100 CSM Influencer... But if you take these steps, you’ll kick loneliness out the door and replace it with a real sense of progress. Whether you seek a job, encouragement, or clarity, the steps are the same. Follow 1 & 2, and don’t walk this path alone. How Felix, a 2 year unemployed CSM, secured a 77K remote role, without networking (my biggest challenge till date) Felix was a: • Father of 2 • American living in Australia • 10 year experienced enterprise CSM • Former manager of customer success • Out of work for nearly 2 years and counting Despite his experience, Felix wasn’t where he wanted to be in his career as an American living in Australia. • His location and time zone eliminated 99% of jobs • Visa requirements limited him to American companies • The constant rejections were draining his motivation. That’s when he reached out, and we got our matches and started the F.I.R.E framework 🔥 𝗪𝗲: 1. Rewrote his resume to highlight skills and achievements. 2. Revamped cover letter to build a strong interview pipeline. 3. Boosted his confidence, so he could land a job with the right tools. 4. Perfected his pitch through mock presentations for interviews. 5. Use an auto-apply tool and two job boards to save time But as I said, this was my most challenging client till date. I always tell people before they start working with me… “This is going to be hard AF” and I told Felix exactly that: “This is going to be even harder because of your location.” He was game, as all my success squad clients are. His search took 5 months of rejection, let downs, and ghosting. He made it to 10, yes TEN final rounds. AND he got an offer back in August. But: He opened the Docusign, then went to pick up his kids from school. When he got back, the offer was “rescinded”. After asking WTF happened to the company, they ignored him. (this is the harsh reality of job hunting) Companies are cold as ice. So, we carried on. Then we got it. A company that was focused on results, not location. 1. 77K base 2. Remote CSM 3. Happy for him to be on the beaches of Australia This was my most challenging client to work with till date because of their situation, but as you all know… I live for that hard WORK…not that NETWORK 🤪 P.S. So if you are a CSM who: • Cannot land a job offer • Needs to reignite their confidence • Wants to close the deal in the final stages • Is open to being coached by an active CSM • Work with a 10 year experienced tech recruiter to help I’ll help you secure a remote CSM role (without amateur hour networking tactics). DM me the word “Felix” and i’ll send you the details 2 spots left for October P.S. Every week, 5,000 CSMs get my job-hunting advice, free tips, and a no-BS approach.
