Parem de negociar salários com candidatos quando vocês sabem que existe budget disponível. Ofereci a um candidato um salário 40% maior do que o último que ele recebia, depois de um ano afastado do mercado. Quando perguntei sobre a expectativa salarial dele, ele disse que estaria de acordo em receber o mesmo salário do emprego anterior, já que havia ficado um ano sem trabalhar por questões de saúde. Naquele momento, não falei nada, porque sabia que tínhamos orçamento para oferecer um aumento caso ele fosse selecionado. Ele passou por todas as etapas do processo e, quando fiz a oferta, ficou muito surpreso. Ele me contou que muitas pessoas haviam dito que ele não deveria esperar um aumento depois de um período fora do mercado. Por favor, não se aproveite da situação de vulnerabilidade de alguém. Não desvalorize candidatos simplesmente porque eles precisam de um emprego. Ofereçam salários justos. Por favor. 🙏
