About Oleg Pavlovski

The cold outreach partner for B2B companies with $5k+ client LTV | Millions in pipeline generated | 30+ clients served | Co-Founder @ GrowthSet

If you're sending outbound but getting ignored or attracting the wrong leads… you’re not alone. I didn’t begin with a proven system. I started with zero clients and a laptop in 2021. Most of my campaigns didn't work. Some emails never reached the inbox. Others simply didn't get replies. The few that did taught me what actually moves the needle. So I focused on one thing: How do you consistently start conversations with the right people? That led me deep into: • Deliverability • Copy that feels natural, not salesy • Targeting that actually makes sense By 2022, that turned into an agency - GrowthSet. At first, it wasn’t perfect. But after a lot of testing, I built a solid system. Today, I help B2B companies turn outbound into a consistent source of pipeline. Here's what we do: 1. Multi-channel outbound campaigns 2. ICP definition & lead sourcing 3. Personalized messaging 4. Deliverability & infrastructure 5. Appointment setting & campaign management Results include: • $1M+ pipeline for a Microsoft Gold Partner • 127% ROI for a commercial real estate company • 15+ qualified meetings/month for an independent retail business I’ve worked with B2B companies across: SaaS, real estate, transportation, insurance, accounting, construction, and more. If you're tired of inconsistent pipeline and want something structured, predictable, and built to convert: 📅 Book a strategy call using the link in my Featured section.

  • New email inboxes = Wait 14 days to start sending. What to do if you don't have that time ↓ Warming up new mailboxes is a MUST for me. Something I'd never skip. That time is needed to build sender reputation before increasing volume. But sometimes, you simply don't have 2 weeks to wait. → You have a new offer. → A big announcement. → Something you want to get in front of your market NOW. This new update from Smartlead makes that possible. They launched pre-warmed mailboxes through SmartSenders. Meaning: → Your mailboxes arrive already warmed up → You can start sending from Day 1 → No 14-day warm-up period → No waiting around before launching campaigns 1️⃣You place the order. 2️⃣The infrastructure is delivered in 30-40 minutes. 3️⃣You get your campaigns running the same day. For teams trying to squeeze more pipeline out of the next few months, those 14 days matter. Every week you spend waiting is another week you're not: → Starting conversations → Booking meetings → Creating pipeline Good outbound already takes time to turn into pipeline. No reason to add another 14 days before you even start sending. 🔵Test it out and let me know how it goes!

  • No follow-up saves a bad-fit prospect. Teams spend hours refining the second email, trying to find the angle that finally gets a response. The angle isn't the problem. The person on the other end was never going to convert, no matter how the message was framed. I see this constantly. → A prospect fits the industry but not the role. → A prospect fits the role but not the company stage. → A prospect fits both, but never had the problem to begin with. Every follow-up sent to that person adds effort without adding odds. The team keeps rewriting the message because the reply rate looks like a copy problem, when it's actually a targeting problem. Once the segment gets fixed, the same follow-ups that were getting ignored start landing. Because the audience changed. Here is how a bad segment wastes every follow-up you send ↓ 📅 We build cold outbound systems for B2B teams with a client LTV of $5k+. If that's something your team is exploring, book a strategy call.

  • The fastest way to improve a cold email? Cut it. Length kills more cold emails than copy. → A prospect opens the email. → Sees four paragraphs. → Decide in seconds if it's worth the effort. Most of the time, it isn't. The email doesn't get read badly. It doesn't get read at all. I used to trim cold emails by cutting sentences until they felt thin. Then I noticed the shorter version still didn't convert any better. → Every sentence must earn its place. → One idea per email instead of three. → Cut detail before the point. A short email works because it's planned short from the first line. Built that way. Not trimmed after the fact. I have rewritten plenty of emails that were technically short but still felt long. Every line was trying to say something. The ones that work say one thing clearly and let it land. Here are 8 ways to cut a cold email down without losing what makes it work ↓ 📅 We build cold outbound systems for B2B teams with a client LTV of $5k+.
