About Jade Rouby

Founder & CEO Feroce AI · Continuous patient intelligence for clinics & hospitals | Marketing & social media consulting

Entrepreneur since 21. Two things I do: I’m the Founder & CEO of Feroce AI, we help patients solve the lack of continuous support between medical visits by providing a personalized AI care companion, so they can manage their health every day and reduce the risk of avoidable hospital readmissions. Healthcare has always been personal to me. I grew up seeing people I love go through cancer and chronic illness. And what stayed with me wasn't only what happened in hospitals or during appointments. It was everything that happened in between : the questions, the uncertainty, the everyday decisions, and the moments when no clinician was there. Years later, after building my first company, I came back to that experience with an entrepreneur's perspective and one question kept coming up: what happens to a patient when no clinician is in the room? That question eventually became Feroce. Today, too much of what happens after a patient leaves the hospital still depends on manual follow-up, fragmented information. Feroce is an AI care companion that helps healthcare organizations extend care beyond the hospital without scaling clinical workload linearly. Before Feroce, I built a social media agency at 21 and trained in neuromarketing. I still occasionally work with selected companies on digital strategy, growth and social media. 📚 Author of Le Deuil de la Perfection 📩 [email removed] Marketing missions → Services

  • At 23, a blood test told me I was pre-diabetic. Me the girl building a preventive health company. No symptoms, nothing I could feel, but just a number on a page. And then nothing happened. My doctor said "watch your sugar" and sent me home. Watch it how? At which meal? After which workout? I had the diagnosis. I was completely alone with it. That's when it hit me. The gap was never the information. It was everything that comes after. That empty space between "here's your result" and your next appointment. That's where people get lost. And it's the exact space we built Feroce AI to fill. Three things I learned: 1.A blood test with no follow-up is just a photo you forget. Feroce reads your labs and actually remembers them, every meal, every day. 2.Your body talks non-stop. Connected to your watch, Feroce knows the workout you did this morning and adjusts what it tells you at lunch. 3.Complexity kills action. A patient juggling four apps and three pdfs does nothing. A clinic tracking it all by hand does nothing either. If you run a clinic, a hospital, a department, your patients are living in the same gap I did. Diagnosed, then on their own until they come back. Feroce closes that gap. Real follow-up between visits, and reducing extra work for your team. Simple health. For the patient and the staff. That's Feroce. Want to talk? Jade

  • My mother lived with Crohn’s disease. The hardest questions rarely appeared during her medical appointments. They appeared at home. Can I eat this today? Could this meal make my symptoms worse? Is this normal, or should I contact someone? The doctor knew her condition. But the doctor wasn’t there for the hundreds of small decisions she had to make between visits. She had a care team. Yet most days, she was managing alone. That is the gap we built Feroce AI to close. Three things I learned: 1.Chronic care happens in everyday life. Meals, sleep, symptoms and adherence can change every day. Feroce brings that context together so the patient receives clinician-approved support between appointments. 2.Not every question needs another consultation. Feroce helps patients understand and follow their care plan. When a predefined clinical rule is triggered, the relevant information reaches the care team through its existing workflow. 3.The goal is not to replace doctors. It is to extend their reach and preserve their time for the patients who need it most. Prevention and chronic care must be measurable. For a cardiometabolic pilot, we can establish a baseline using HbA1c, adherence, engagement and healthcare utilization. Then measure what actually changes. A digital diabetes-prevention study found $1,169 lower annual healthcare spending per participant, primarily through fewer hospital admissions and shorter stays. Structured lifestyle intervention has also reduced the risk of developing type 2 diabetes by 58% among high-risk adults. 90% of US healthcare spending is for people with chronic and mental health conditions. But the most important part of their care still happens where healthcare cannot see it: At home, between appointments. Want to measure what continuous support could change in your population? Jade

  • The first message made me smile, but the second made me stop. A nurse had just discovered Feroce AI. Feroce is an AI care companion that supports patients on their phones between medical visits, answers routine questions based on their care plan and takes repetitive follow up off nurses’ plates, without adding another tool to their workflow. She told me she loved the concept. Patients could better understand what to do after an appointment. They could ask the questions that only appear once they are back home. And clinical teams could spend less time answering the same calls and portal messages. I read her message and thought: This is exactly why I started building Feroce. Then, two minutes later, she sent another one: “The information needs to be evidence based and aligned with what each clinic wants to provide.” She was right. That conversation reinforced three decisions we made for Feroce: We will not build another dashboard for clinicians to monitor. Feroce must integrate into the workflow they already use. We will not decide alone what patients should be told. Feroce is being shaped with the physicians and nurses who will use it every day. That is our strength. Not assuming we understand their reality. Listening until the product reflects it. If you work in a clinical team, what is one thing health technology companies consistently misunderstand about your day? And if you are a physician, clinic or hospital department interested in testing Feroce in reality for your patients and care team, we are currently selecting five partners for our first free clinical pilots. We will work directly with each team to adapt Feroce to its workflow, care instructions and patient needs. Send me “PILOT” if you would like to explore this with us. And if someone in your network should see this, please share it with them.
