About Oluwadamilare David FASUYI

Here is what you need to know about me: 1. I'm a Telecommunications Engineer (B.Tech, LAUTECH) who works where tech, AI and Web3 meet. 2. I evaluate and validate video data used to train AI and robotics systems. I catch the errors and edge cases most reviewers miss. 3. Since 2023, I've worked as a community manager and content strategist for digital and tech projects, turning passive members into active contributors through onboarding, retention and strong content. 4. I write technical documentation and breakdowns for decentralized networks and DePIN projects, and I test platforms and give clear feedback on how they perform. 5. I'm also the founder of Metacipher, my own crypto community. 6. I'm certified in AI agent evaluation (Mercor), and I'm good at explaining complex ideas in plain language.

  • Fixing Common Solana Wallet Issues: A Quick Guide If you’ve spent any time in the Solana ecosystem, you’ve probably run into at least one of these wallet headaches. Here’s a quick breakdown of the most common issues and how to resolve them: 1. “Transaction failed” errors This almost always comes down to insufficient SOL for gas fees — even when transferring other tokens. Keep a small SOL buffer (~0.01) in your wallet at all times to avoid this. 2. Wallet won’t connect to a dApp Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache first. If that doesn’t work, check whether you have multiple wallet extensions active (Phantom and Solflare running simultaneously can conflict) and disable the one you’re not using. 3. Balance shows as zero or incorrect Double-check your network settings — it’s easy to be pointed at Devnet or Testnet instead of Mainnet without realizing it. This is one of the most common (and most overlooked) issues. 4. New token not showing up Newly received tokens don’t always auto-display. Use the “Add Token” feature and manually paste the token’s mint address. 5. Transaction stuck on “pending” This is usually RPC congestion, not a true hang. Give it 1–2 minutes, then verify the transaction hash on Solscan or Solana Explorer before resubmitting, to avoid accidentally double-spending. Bottom line: most wallet issues trace back to one of three things — RPC congestion, wrong network selection, or insufficient SOL for fees. Check those first before assuming something’s broken. Hope this helps anyone navigating the Solana ecosystem. Feel free to share your own troubleshooting tips in the comments.

A friend asked me what @basis__pro actually is. Short answer: it's yield that doesn't depend on the market going up. I started small, [amount/asset] first, just to see how it behaves. Check the docs, start small, and don't put in more than you're okay leaving there.

Everyone's chasing green candles and I'm over here learning what "market-neutral" really means 😅 Basically: yield that isn't betting on price direction. That's what pulled me into @basis__pro. Less stress on red days.
