Partnerships, ideas, or something worth building, reach me at [email removed] 📩 I work at the intersection of GTM, content and technology. At Jumpstart, we help startups think about how they attract talent and grow through better positioning, content, and community. I started my career in luxury events, delivering multi-day international weddings and celebrations for UHNW clients and royalty, with work recognised by Vogue, British Vogue, Tatler, The Wall Street Journal, and OTM. I’m particularly interested in how AI is changing the way we build and distribute marketing, and how online strategy translates into real-world experiences. Along the way, I’ve been grateful to be recognised for my work and community: 🏆 1st Place Winner of Veed x Lovable hackathon 🏆 Featured by leading titles including Vogue, The Times, OTM and The Wall Street Journal for luxury event production and cultural storytelling.

I'M LEAVING JUMPSTART! 🚀 A year ago, I joined Jumpstart. Since then, I've loved finding my feet in tech, diving headfirst into the startup ecosystem and meeting the people building some of Europe's most exciting companies. Startups really are the ultimate learning ground!! Fast forward a year, and I've helped launch three new candidate streams, rebuild the website, grow a startup community and market a 2,000-person startup event. Here are 3 things I'm particularly proud of: 1. Turning content into a growth engine. Working with Daniel Magennis, we generated 5M+ organic impressions on LinkedIn, grew candidate applications and helped drive hundreds of hires. 2. Building a new way to hire senior talent. Launched a marketplace from scratch, attracting 1,000s of applications from incredible senior talent. 3. Bringing London's startup community together. Grew a 750+ member community of founders, operators and investors, and helped bring the Big Startup 5K to life with 2,000 attendees and some brilliant partners, including fourfiveuk, Lucky Saint | B Corp™, ManiLife | B Corp™, Red Bull, Novabook and JUBEL, working alongside Lily Hammond. Beyond the numbers, I've learnt so much in a scrappy startup environment. A HUGE, HUGE thank you to the founders ( Matthew Sarre and Kabir Bali) and the whole Jumpstart team for the opportunities, trust and freedom to experiment. A special thank you to Daniel Magennis for being a fantastic mentor, Sade Clarke and Ryan T. Wightman for all the support. 💚 Sad to be leaving the team, but excited for what's next. P.S. I'm not leaving the startup ecosystem just yet...more to come soon! 👀
LONDON, WE NEED YOU! 🫵 We’re 5x oversubscribed, with 500 applications for just 100 spaces. I’m helping bring Lovable’s first London Community hackathon to life: HACKCEPTION. A hackathon within a hackathon, where the challenge is simply: build the most creative hack. We’re bringing together 100 top founders, developers, marketers, creators and startup operators for a day of building, experimenting and making things happen. But we need London’s help to pull off the ultimate hack heist. 🥷 We’re looking for London partners to get involved. Tech. Food. Drinks. Workspace. Judges. Prizes. Tokens. Credits...Anything that fuels creative minds and would make this hackathon one to remember. We already have some INCREDIBLE sponsors and partner Lovable, VEED, cognee, Unicorn Mafia. Come join the lineup. Want to be part of it? Come hack the hack with us.
I watched 20 founders pitch back-to-back at Onstage (by Sifted), Europe’s LARGEST Demo day, in front of 350+ VCs and investors. Just 20 finalist founders made it onto the stage. And after watching all the pitches, some pitching tips came to mind: 🎤 Don’t pretend you have no competition. Be upfront about who else is out there and explain why your solution is different. 🎤 Know what you want from the room. Have a clear CTA for investors at the end of the pitch - who you want to meet, what you need etc. I want - does get. 🎤 Show why YOU are uniquely placed to win. Connect your experience and insight to the problem you’re solving! 🎤 Know your sh*t! Revenue, growth, customer acquisition, retention. You should be able to answer all questions with your metrics. If you missed the pitches - you can rewatch the demo day live from Sifted’s channel. Massive thanks to Onstage (by Sifted) and the Sifted teams for pulling this all together - and to the sponsors MongoDB, Revolut Business, Cooley AI, Novabook and Google Cloud. Do you watch the Demo Day W26 pitches? What would you have pitched?
