A few days ago, I didn't expect my life would change this fast. Being placed at a company like Quizizz was something I never expected would happen. But it did and was one of the best things I could imagine. Shifting to Bengaluru, boarding my first flight and everything seems like a dream. Thanks to everyone who supported me on this journey! ❤️

Self-belief is the bedrock of self-worth. Without it, even the most incredible opportunities can feel meaningless, as we trick ourselves into thinking we’re not ready, not worthy, or simply not capable. The reality is that many of us spend years chasing validation from others—whether it’s from our family, colleagues, friends, or even strangers—hoping their approval will affirm our value. But the more we pursue it, the more fragile we become, because that kind of validation is fleeting and dependent on external factors. It shifts with changing circumstances, opinions, and moods. True confidence starts when you choose to believe in yourself without waiting for someone else to give you the green light. Self-belief is that quiet, unwavering assurance that even when the path ahead is unclear, you can navigate it. It’s not about being arrogant or blindly optimistic; it’s a profound understanding that your skills, effort, and resilience equip you for growth and contribution. Once that belief takes hold, self-worth naturally follows. You stop second-guessing yourself. You stop shrinking to meet others’ expectations. You stop feeling the need to justify your presence. Instead, you establish boundaries with respect, chase opportunities with clarity, and carry yourself in a way that communicates: “I belong here because I add value.” How you value yourself sets the stage for how the world perceives you. If you undervalue yourself, others will likely see you as less valuable. If you harbor self-doubt, people will reflect that doubt back to you. But when you show up with quiet confidence, consistently demonstrating belief in your own worth, people respond positively to that energy. In every personal and professional journey, setbacks and failures are part of the game. What distinguishes those who rise from those who falter isn’t just talent; it’s the belief that they still hold value despite their missteps. That belief fuels perseverance, and perseverance leads to growth. Ultimately, no title, salary, or accolade will mean much if you don’t recognize your own worth. Conversely, no setback or rejection can diminish your value unless you allow it to.
