About Reshma Sriraman

Director of AI products | GTM | 10M+ Impressions |Helped 5K+ Students professional to Build Next-Gen AI Agents 50k+ community| Mentor Empowering Students & IT Pros | Passionate About Smart, Scalable SystemsD

As an AI/ML Engineer and passionate Python developer, I specialize in building intelligent, scalable systems that solve real-world problems. With a strong foundation in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (B.E., CGPA 8.7), I transitioned into the world of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and full-stack development — driven by curiosity, creativity, and a deep commitment to continuous learning. At Avasoft, I’ve had the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, including AI-powered chatbots, voice-based assistants, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models, and real-time backend services using FastAPI, Flask, and PyTorch. I’ve also led data automation efforts through web scraping, vector similarity searches, and NLP-driven applications, deploying robust solutions via Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Beyond engineering, I find great fulfillment in mentoring and uplifting students and IT professionals. I actively guide aspiring engineers and developers through technical challenges, career planning, and project development. Whether it's through code reviews, workshops, or one-on-one sessions, I believe in creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed in tech. My strengths lie in end-to-end solution design, a deep understanding of modern AI architectures, and the ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables. I’m always excited to collaborate, share ideas, and innovate in the intersection of AI, software, and real-time systems. Let’s connect if you’re looking to discuss AI, collaborative projects, or mentoring opportunities!

  • 🚨Letting AI write a LinkedIn post is easy. Letting AI touch your financial close? That’s a completely different game. Because the moment AI moves from generating → executing, the questions change. 1️⃣ Can we trust it? ↳ Who approved the action? ↳ Can we trace every step? 2️⃣ What happens when AI is unsure? ↳ Does a human step in? ↳ What happens when something goes wrong? 3️⃣ Can we prove it later? ↳ Can an auditor reconstruct what happened months later? 4️⃣ Is it really production-ready? ↳ Governance ↳ Security ↳ Human oversight ↳ Failure recovery That’s the gap between: “The AI works. and “We can trust it in production. Almost every enterprise is experimenting with AI. Very few are ready to let AI run critical business processes. And finance is where this gets real. • My social life recently: 😂 Instagram to relax. LinkedIn to know what’s happening. I don’t scroll LinkedIn to look productive. I scroll because I genuinely want to know what’s happening especially in AI. Things are moving too fast to stay in your own bubble. Every day, I’m looking for things like: ↳ What’s happening in AI New model releases, updates, research, trends, and what’s actually changing. ↳ New AI tools and launches Tools people are using to automate work, build products, and solve real problems. ↳ What people are building AI agents, startups, products, workflows, experiments seeing real projects often gives me ideas for my own. ↳ How others are solving problems Different approaches, tools, architectures, and lessons from people who are already doing the work. ↳ New ideas I hadn’t thought about Sometimes one post can completely change how I look at a problem. ↳ What people are learning and working on Seeing someone share what they’re experimenting with, building, or learning can be surprisingly motivating. And this is probably my favourite part: Seeing people build makes me want to build. You see someone trying something new → You get curious → You learn about it → You get an idea → You start building. That’s why I don’t think all scrolling is wasted time. What you consume shapes what you think about. So my suggestion: Keep your Instagram scroll. 😂 But add a LinkedIn scroll too. Not to look productive. To stay updated. To learn. To discover. To see what’s possible. And sometimes, to get the motivation to build something yourself. Because you never know when one post will give you your next idea. What does your daily scroll look like? 👀 #AI #LinkedIn #ArtificialIntelligence #Learning #AITools #BuildInPublic #PersonalGrowth
