Founder & CEO @ Orvion Noir | Building Founder-Led Brands on LinkedIn | Helping B2B Founders Turn Expertise Into Authority & Inbound
📩 Brand Partnerships / Speaking & Business Enquiries: [email removed] I help B2B founders become the obvious choice on LinkedIn. Because I learned something early: Building a personal brand isn't about posting more. It's about becoming known for something. When your positioning is clear, your content builds trust, and your expertise becomes visible your personal brand can become one of your strongest business assets. That's what I help founders build. I'm the Founder & CEO of Orvion Noir, where I build founder-led brands on LinkedIn through strategic positioning, thought leadership, storytelling, and content systems. My journey started with content. Over time, I moved from creating content → managing personal brands → working with founders and CEOs → and eventually building my own company around what I had learned. Today, I've: 🟣 Ranked among the Top 1% LinkedIn Creators in Pakistan (Favikon) 🟣 Ranked in the Top 2% of LinkedIn Professionals Worldwide (Favikon) 🟣 Built a 25K+ LinkedIn audience around personal branding, LinkedIn strategy, and founder-led growth 🟣 Worked with 150+ clients across multiple industries 🟣 Written hundreds of LinkedIn posts focused on authority, storytelling, and demand generation 🟣 Helped founders improve their visibility, positioning, engagement, and inbound opportunities And now I'm building Orvion Noir to help more B2B founders turn their expertise into a brand people recognize, trust, and choose. Here's what I help founders build: 🟣 Founder Positioning 🟣 Authority-Building Content 🟣 Thought Leadership Systems 🟣 Founder Ghostwriting 🟣 LinkedIn Strategy 🟣 Profile & Positioning Optimization 🟣 Founder-Led Inbound Growth I don't believe founders need to chase virality. They need to build recognition. Because when the right people repeatedly see your ideas, understand your expertise, and trust your perspective You stop chasing opportunities. Opportunities start finding you. If you're building a B2B company and want your personal brand to become a real growth asset, you're in the right place. I share what I'm learning about: 🟣 Founder-led growth 🟣 Personal branding 🟣 LinkedIn strategy 🟣 Founder positioning 🟣 Content & storytelling 🟣 Building Orvion Noir No recycled advice. No algorithm hacks. Just practical strategies for founders who want to become the obvious choice in their market. ------------------------ See you on the feed. 💜

27K. 🥹💜 Honestly, I never thought this many people would care about what I have to say. I started posting, kept figuring things out, met some amazing people, got opportunities I never expected and somehow we’re here. 27,000 of you. That’s actually crazy. Thank you for being part of this. -------------- Rimsha x.
I used to think good LinkedIn posts needed good writing. Turns out, that's not even the hard part. The hard part is knowing what to say first. So I started using this 4-step structure: 1. Open with something that actually happened. A client said something. You fucked something up. You got rejected. You learned something the hard way. Give me the scene. Not: “Here are 5 lessons from my journey.” 2. Drop the point early. Once you've got my attention, don't make me work for the point. What did that moment teach you? Don't hide the lesson until line 17. 3. Make the lesson useful. Now give me the playbook. Tell me what you did. What worked. What didn't. What you'd do differently if you were starting today. That's the part people save. 4. End like a human. Don't write some fake-ass question just to get comments. Ask something you actually want to know. There's a big difference between: “Great post, John 👏” and “Wait… I do this too.” The goal isn't to make your post sound smart. It's to make someone feel something → learn something → do something. The easiest way to write the story is to know the point first. Don't start with the story. Start with the lesson. Figure out what you want someone to walk away knowing. Then find the story that makes that lesson impossible to forget. People remember the story. But they come back for the lesson. ------------------------- ♻️ Repost this if you're done writing posts that sound like everyone else's. Rimsha x
27K+ people follow me on LinkedIn. And honestly? Posting more was never the thing that got me here. You can post every damn day and still get 12 likes. 💀 What actually changed the game for me was figuring out what people already want to consume. My content process is pretty simple: 1. I study what’s already working. Before writing, I look at the topics, hooks, formats and ideas that are getting real attention. Not guesses. Not “this sounds like it’ll perform.” Actual patterns. 2. I make my own version of those patterns. I’m not copying someone’s post word-for-word. I’m asking: “What made this work?” Was it the hook? The story? The opinion? The way it was structured? Then I bring that lesson into my own experience and voice. 3. I keep repeating what gets a response. This is the part most people skip. They post something. It flops. They move on. Instead, I pay attention to what people actually stop scrolling for. Then I double down. Because growing on LinkedIn isn’t about finding one magical post. It’s about finding your unfair advantage and becoming known for it. And once you figure that out? Content gets so much easier. You stop sitting in front of a blank screen thinking: “Bro… what the hell do I post today?” 😭 You have a system. You have patterns. You have data from your own audience. And most importantly… You start understanding why something works. That’s how I’ve grown to 27K+. Not by trying to sound smarter. Not by posting motivational quotes every morning. And definitely not by copying viral posts. Just: Observe → Create → Learn → Repeat. That’s the magic. If you’re building your personal brand right now, stop overthinking every single post. Post. See what happens. Learn. Come back better. The formula is simple. The question is: will you actually do it? ♻️ Repost P.S. And tell me what’s the hardest part of posting consistently for you? Rimsha x.
