OpenAI just shipped its biggest release of the year one hour ago. They dropped GPT-6.1 Sol, 24/7 working agents, faster Astra, and 18+ other updates. Everything you need to know from DevDay: 1. Dots: agents that keep working between chats 2. GPT-6.1 Sol: cheaper, stronger agentic model 3. Astra Ultrafast: up to 300 tokens/sec in Codex 4. Plugin Extensions: full apps inside ChatGPT 5. Agents API: computer use + multi-agent workflows 6. AWS Bedrock gets OpenAI-managed agents 7. Codex now works locally, remotely, and in cloud 8. Codex adds GitHub/GitLab code review 9.
