About Rohit Ranjan

AI Developer @TaxTeck | I teach machines to think and humans to stop fearing AI | ML • LLMs • RAG • Agentic AI • ETL • Analytics Automation | Helping beginners break into AI/Data

I teach machines to think — and spend the rest of my day convincing humans that AI isn't as scary as it looks. I'm an AI Developer at TaxTeck, where I build systems that sit at the intersection of AI and Data — from machine learning models and LLM-based applications to RAG pipelines and agentic AI workflows that actually do something useful, not just impressive in a demo. What I work with: 🔹 Machine Learning & LLMs — building models that solve real problems, not just notebook experiments 🔹 RAG & Agentic AI — designing systems that retrieve, reason, and act, not just respond 🔹 ETL & Data Pipelines — cleaning and structuring the messy data nobody wants to touch 🔹 Analytics Automation — turning manual reporting into systems that run themselves I didn't come from a "traditional" AI background — I learned most of this by breaking things first and understanding them later. That's exactly why I share what I learn: simple explanations of AI/Data concepts, honest lessons from real projects, and practical advice for anyone trying to break into this field without feeling lost in jargon. No hype, no "AI will replace your job tomorrow" fear-mongering — just real work, explained like a human. If you're into AI, Data, or just trying to figure out your path in tech, let's connect. I'm always up for a good conversation about models, pipelines, or why production AI never behaves like the tutorial said it would.

Give your best to the work, without being consumed by the outcome. ➤ Stay calm in chaos. Clarity is often more powerful than strength. ➤ Choose Dharma over convenience. The right decision isn't always the easy one. ➤ Adapt, but don't compromise your values. Change your strategy, not your principles. ➤ Keep moving forward. • 🚫 Cheap Growth Hacks or Pure Manipulation? Calling out the "Fake Leak" Strategy. The tech community is currently being flooded with misleading posts claiming that Microsoft's internal interview database has been leaked. Let’s call it out for what it is: Fake News, Toxic Marketing, and Blind Herd Mentality. What’s worse than the fake claim itself is how people are blindly sharing and posting about this "leak" without doing a shred of fact-checking or knowing the reality. There is NO Microsoft database breach. skillmeet.ai is simply using a basic app filter to expose user-submitted, crowdsourced questions. Instead of promoting this honestly as a repository, they are disguising it as a "massive corporate leak" to go viral and the community is falling right into the trap. Resorting to these tactics is highly unethical. They are directly playing with job seekers' fear and FOMO during an already stressful layoff season just to drive traffic to their platform.I’d love to hear how Microsoft , Microsoft Tech Community , Microsoft Learning , and Microsoft for Startups Microsoft Azure Microsoft Azure Microsoft Developer Microsoft Learn Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Microsoft 365 Microsoft Security Microsoft Advertising Microsoft Cloud Microsoft Research Microsoft Copilot view companies using their brand name for deceptive growth hacking. The tech ecosystem needs transparency and critical thinking, not desperate marketing scams and blind reposts. #skillmeet #skillmeet.ai #fresherjobs #TechMarketing #EthicalMarketing #GrowthHacking #TechInterviews #SoftwareEngineering #Skillmeet #Microsoft #FakeNews #FOMO #FactCheck

  • LinkedIn's so called growth experts discover marketing genius 😅 : sponsoring a cheaper team. Every second post: "be10x's genius move - India too expensive, so they pivoted to Afghanistan. Next-level growth hacking. Bro. Sit down. This has happened before, multiple times, same team even: Amul was Afghanistan's principal sponsor twice. 2019 World Cup and 2023 World Cup. Full jersey and arm branding. Etisalat sponsored Afghanistan for a UAE tournament too. Indian brands did this with West Indies as well Livpure as official jersey sponsor. Royal Stag as front-of-shirt lead sponsor during their India tour. So "cheaper foreign team instead of expensive India slot" isn't new-age strategy. It's a 6-7 year old playbook, run on the exact same team before. And be10x isn't even lead sponsor here smaller logo, way less prominent than what Amul or Royal Stag had. Barely a footnote compared to those deals. The real joke is LinkedIn's self-appointed marketing gurus. One person posts "here's why this is genius," and within hours 50 more reword the same points, add a fresh hook and a 🚀, call it their own take. Not analysis. Just a copy-paste chain letter with better formatting. #LinkedIn #Marketing #be10x #Afghanistan #Cricket #ContentCreators #MarketingStrategy #DigitalMarketing #GrowthHacking #StartupMarketing #SocialMediaMarketing #BrandStrategy #LinkedInInfluencers #MarketingFails #IndianStartups #SportsMarketing #Sponsorship #ContentCreation #ThoughtLeadership #CopyPasteCulture
