The problem is not access to AI. The problem is knowing where AI belongs, what should stay human and which workflows are worth building first. That is the work I focus on to help other SMBs & solopreneurs. These are 3 core areas of expertise where I actually bring you the value with AI: • turning expertise, calls & conversations into useful content (trust & attention) • re-engaging with your current leads & connecting intent about the solution you are offering • reducing repetitive client-delivery work & daily admin tasks And all 3 core areas don’t require additional manual work My approach is simple: • Keep what already works. • Connect your toolstack • Capture the right business context. • Build a small number of useful workflows. • Test them with real inputs. • Keep important decisions human-approved. The results? More time saved & invested in something that matters for your business More revenue & opportunities generated Better quality of your service without additional manual work These are some of the recent wins my clients share by working with me: • Dan shipped one outreach workflow and pulled 130 signups and 35 new community members from a single launch • Andre had his key business workflows rebuilt so they run in real operations, not on a slide • Suppriya got her lead magnet wired end to end across Tally and Substack, with measurable engagement spikes • Michel replaced two separate CRMs with one workflow that runs his pipeline and start closing 20K deals for his business • Niels put it simply: "Sabahudin is both a prompt master and a LinkedIn strategist" DM me for more information so we can determine which type of partnership is best for your case.

I'm thrilled to announce that running your own community is freaking hard. 🎉 10 days ago I launched Unstuck Network. Here are my record-breaking numbers. → 26 free members. 0 introduced themselves in "new members". → 3 paid Academy members. 0 showed up to my first office hours. I sat alone for 20 minutes waiting for the session to start. Then I left. My brain's review: "Sabahudin, maybe this was too big a step for you, fella. Come back down to the ground." 😂 This is the moment to quit. I'm not that guy. I'm not building one community. I'm building an entire ecosystem around one label Unstuck: → Community: watch live how I think and solve problems with AI → Podcast: one underdog per episode you can learn from, and the peers I build with → Newsletter: free breakdowns you can use → Intelligence: the last layer, an Unstuck tool. More in the coming weeks. At some point it compounds. I'm 100% sure of that. Why it's worth it: The demand for AI is real. So is the competition, and the fluff is everywhere. Plenty of people say they make money selling AI services. Look closer and the money comes from selling courses about AI. I share that ugly part of building and selling AI to real companies. I'm giving this path one year. Then I'll have the data on what worked and what didn't. My real problem: I don't promote myself enough and without the right approach. I always think I have nothing to show, while others celebrate every new follower and every "big announcement". Ubaid and I once drove Lara Acosta to her place. She told me one thing that stuck: "Promote yourself more, and celebrate every milestone." She's right. Nobody else will do it for you. The step that looks small to you is one someone else would give anything to stand on. 20K followers & 9K subscribers -> to 3 paid members. 😂 It is what it is. So here's me celebrating and promoting: Unstuck Community, free. Audit how you work and build your first AI system on top of it. Link → https://lnkd.in/daT-2fYN Unstuck Academy, €17 a month. My help when you get stuck, plus a ready video editing system for your own videos or to sell to clients as a monthly retainer. Link → https://lnkd.in/dztkxz9M P.S. Few people will show you numbers like these. After reading this, do you trust me more, or less?
At school, if you need a rare card, you come to me. Years later I had 7,819 LinkedIn connections and couldn't tell you who would buy anything. As a kid I sold rare football stickers and my best Yu-Gi-Oh decks. Everyone knew I had the cards, so the buyers came to me. LinkedIn doesn't work like that. Your connections export is few columns: name, company, job title, the date you connected. It tells you who they are. Nothing about who needs you this week. And most of those people I accepted once and never spoke to again. The only way I can find the buyers was to open 7,819 profiles, one by one. So I built a simple workflow in Claude that does the reading instead: → plain keyword rules drop the wrong people, no AI and no credits → the best ones get looked up: profile, last 30 days of posts, company → each one gets a dated quote and a guess at what eats their week → one list per offer, warmest first → their website read, a work email found → a LinkedIn DM, 2 follow-ups and a cold email, written from their own words 7,819 connections became 378 people with a reason to talk. Nothing goes out until I read it and say yes. Same lesson as the cards. Selling starts with knowing who needs what. I'm still finding faster ways to see it. The look-ups run on Looot , built by my friend Walid Boulanouar. The full workflow, from the keyword rules to the cold emails, is inside the Unstuck Academy: https://lnkd.in/dztkxz9M P.S. What was the first thing you ever sold?
Your next customer might never open your app. They might use what you built through an AI assistant instead. That’s the possibility I left thinking about after day 1 of the Kiss The Future conference by Blum Institut in Sarajevo. I spent my time at the Engineering stage. Listening, learning, asking questions. I was so caught up in it that I didn’t take a single photo. So I’m using the official conference photo 😂 (this fact alone is telling more than anything about the value of the event itself) My prediction: more software will work behind the chat window. The customer asks for something. An agent uses the right tools. Your product does its part without the customer opening another app. Which means we have another user to build for: the agent doing the work. But if the customer never sees your interface, what makes your product worth choosing? That’s where the conversation got interesting for me. I’m exploring MCP as a way to make my own solutions available to AI assistants. Agur Jõgi gave me useful direction on what my MCP needs to offer future customers. And Pedro Rodrigues showed a tour guide app with maps and images of Sarajevo directly inside the chat. That example made the idea easier to picture. You could explore the city through a conversation and still see what you were choosing. So “headless” doesn’t have to mean the human gets a wall of text. The visual experience can move into the conversation too. The harder question is -> what sits behind that experience? If I connect my product to an AI assistant, I’ve made it accessible. I still need to give someone a reason to use it. What does it know about the customer’s problem? Which difficult details does it handle? What can someone trust it to get right? That’s where I’d put the work. The connection matters. So does everything you bring through it. And seeing people explore these questions here in Sarajevo made me proud of our Bosnian community. There’s talent here, and a hunger to build. I believe we’ll see some of these people become names the rest of the world knows. Thank you, Haris Alikadic, for the invitation and the welcome. We only managed a few words because you were busy looking after everyone else. P.S. If customers could use your product without ever opening it, what would they still choose you for?
