Worldwide Coaching Federation thanks, looking forward to it.
I was invited to the Talent Acquisition Leadership Forum in Dubai, organised by Pivot Consulting FZE, Kanika Varma Ghosh and powered by Factorial. Thanks to David Thomas, CHRO at La Petite Maison (LPM), for opening the conversation with his insightful keynote, “We Changed How We Hire.” His real-world perspective on moving from manual to more system-driven hiring offered a powerful look at how Talent Acquisition is evolving. The leadership panel then took the conversation further, featuring: 🔹 Javeed Khan جافيد خان — Co-Founder & Chief Growth and People Officer, TidyHire 🔹 Amit S. — Executive Strategic TA Advisor | Former Google, Microsoft, du & Shurooq 🔹 Luke Eley — Co-Founder & CEO, Cander Thank you to each of them for sharing practical experiences, challenging conventional assumptions and exploring what smarter hiring actually looks like in practice. And to Anveksha Vig Kochhar, Talent Acquisition Manager at TASC Group, for moderating the discussion with thoughtful questions and keeping the conversation dynamic and relevant. What I particularly appreciated was the interactive element. Technology can accelerate hiring. Automation can streamline hiring. Data can inform hiring. But none of these automatically guarantee better talent decisions. The real shift is: From speed → to decision quality From process → to intelligence From filling vacancies → to building capability For HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, perhaps the more interesting question is no longer: “How quickly can we hire?” It is: “How intelligently are we deciding who to hire?” Because the future of Talent Acquisition won't be defined by speed alone. It will be defined by the quality of the decisions we make at speed. Grateful to meet many HR professional and discussing hiring transformations, challenging decision makings and tackle real-world hiring scenarios.
