Senior Product Manager with 10+ years building and scaling platform, B2B and SaaS products across Europe and Latin America. I work closest to the technical layer: APIs, integrations, and self-service platforms that partners and other teams build on. Currently Lead PM at IKEA (Ingka Group), where I own PartnerHub, a self-service B2B platform used by external service partners across multiple markets, while setting product direction and coaching PMs and POs across a portfolio of 15+ products. Key results include: • Raised the API catalog’s CSAT from 56% to 85% through UX optimization, process redesign, and improved documentation & partner support • Built PartnerHub from 0→1 • Contributed to an internal AI assistant based on RAG and MCP architecture Previous impact: • Storyblok: +21% activation via funnel experimentation and A/B testing across onboarding. • Magazine Luiza / LuizaLabs: Redesigned the affiliate experience → NPS from 81 to 93. • Raia Drogasil: +15% activation funnel performance through personalized offers and journey optimization. • Hurb: Built a new Activities vertical from 0→1, including direct Disney integration → NPS from 73 to 94 and +17% ticket sales. • Summer is coming to an end, and I can say that this one was all about learning and providing support in what I love most: helping with product development! I had the opportunity to contribute to 2 short-term projects, not by creating something from scratch, since they were already doing a great job, but by helping them organize and sustain growth in terms of product thinking. If you’re on this path, this article illustrates and summarizes this journey.
