Data Annotator | AI Models Evaluator | Metallurgy and Materials Engineer | Talent Acquisition Expert | Building @cognilabx </> Intern @FlyRank AI
AI models are only as reliable as the data and evaluations used to train them. That’s where my work focuses. I am an AI Data Annotation and Quality Assurance specialist dedicated to improving the accuracy, reasoning quality, and reliability of large LLMs. My work involves systematically evaluating AI-generated outputs, identifying hallucinations, analyzing multi-step reasoning processes, and ensuring responses meet strict quality and instruction-following standards. As a remote contributor with Sahara AI and Platforms like Mercor I have worked on annotation and evaluation tasks that support the development of AI models and autonomous agents. This includes reviewing AI responses across domains, applying structured rubrics for scoring, and documenting failure patterns that help improve model behavior. My core focus areas is not limited to; • Large Language Model (LLM) evaluation • Rubric-based annotation and RLHF-style feedback • Multi-step agent reasoning trace review • Hallucination and factual error detection • AI response benchmarking and quality scoring • Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) data quality management With a background in engineering, I approach AI evaluation with a systems-thinking mindset combining analytical reasoning, attention to detail, and process consistency to ensure reliable training data and model outputs. I am open to global remote opportunities in: • AI data annotation • LLM evaluation and model training • AI quality assurance and reviewer roles • Human-in-the-loop AI operations If you are building AI models that require reliable training data, structured evaluation, and high-quality annotation workflows, I would be glad to contribute. Let's make AI great

Are you an AI Evaluator or Trainer? You should know your primary role in the artificial intelligence development cycle. RLHF shouldn't be something new to you. It is one of the most important process used to improve the performance and reliability of artificial intelligence systems. RLHF stands for "Reinforced Learning from Human Feedback" - That "Human" is you - Your "Feedback" is what's needed it all cycles around what you prefer as a human being and a regular AI user. Facts is AI models learn from large amounts of "data", but thats data alone does not always teach them how to respond in a helpful, accurate, safe, and human-centered way. It just teaches the AI patterns on how to predict the next word. This is where you (human) feedback becomes essential. During the RLHF process, human experts(you) review and evaluate model responses based on factors such as: - Accuracy and relevance - Clarity and usefulness - Understanding of context and intent - Safety and appropriateness - Bias, harmful content, or misinformation - Following instructions correctly The feedback collected from your evaluations helps guide and refine the model toward producing better responses. Responses that you will like It allows AI models to learn not only what information to provide, but also "how to communicate it effectively and responsibly". RLHF proves that developing better AI is not only about advanced algorithms and large datasets. It also depends on human judgment, consistency, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of quality standards. Know your responsibility Those titles "AI Evaluator" and "AI Trainer" carries alot of weight and responsibilities. You're indirectly responsible for what every AI system becomes The future of AI will depend on meaningful collaboration between human expertise and machine intelligence. Happy Building #RLHF #ResponsibleAI #AIEvaluation
