About Suhit Amin

Founder of Saulderson Media (Acquired) | Global Influencer Marketing Agency for Gaming, Tech and Software/AI | Forbes 30U30

Suhit Amin, 25, is a Young Entrepreneur and Founder of Saulderson Media. In February 2018, aged 16, he was diagnosed with Stage 2A Hodgkin Lymphoma, a cancer that attacks the lymph nodes. In between rounds of aggressive chemotherapy Suhit was working in influencer marketing at ESL, the world’s biggest esports company, however, his illness motivated him to do something bigger and pursue his entrepreneurial passions. Instead of letting his diagnosis bring him down he channelled it into his ambitions – to be a successful entrepreneur. His mindset was that, if he wasn’t alive in a years’ time, he would want to go out doing something big and what he loves. In July 2018 he launched Saulderson Media - a premium influencer marketing agency and talent management specialising in gaming/esports, tech and entertainment. We build creative influencer solutions that drive a massive impact on brands, helping them achieve their marketing goals. Alongside this, we manage a roster of high-performing content creators across all platforms and support them in turning their content creation passions into long-lasting careers. We let them create and we focus on commercializing them. The fledgeling firm has become very successful in a short time – becoming a 7 figure agency in just 3 years and managing brands such as ASUS, Ubisoft, ACER, YoPlait, Sandbox VR, Tim Hortons, Shure and many more. Saulderson Media was later acquired by Journey Further in October 2025. Interested in utilising influencer marketing to grow your brand? Get in touch today: [email removed]

  • I'm flying out to SF for a second time this year, and this time it's for TECH WEEK by a16z! Fiona Turko gave me severe FOMO after seeing the crazy activations she and the Gamma team pulled in NY Tech Week, so I had to get myself out to SF this year. I've already signed up for a lot of great events around creators, content and GTM and am most excited to see my good friend Aryan Gulzar up on stage with Grant Lee! If you are going to be out in SF during Tech Week, I'd love to meet up, especially if you're someone doing cool things in the creator economy! Drop me a DM, and I will see you all out there.

  • YouTube just changed how it counts public views, and if you buy influencer content on a CPM basis, this is going to cost you a lot. The public view count now trips the moment a video starts playing, so it's really a reach number. The old, harder-earned metric lives on as "engaged views." Same video, but the headline number is now inflated compared to what you were paying against last month. If your CPM targets were built on the old view definition, every view you buy is now worth less than it used to be. Nothing about the campaign changed. The ruler did. But if you keep the same targets, you'll spend more to get the same real attention you got before. Two ways to fix it: → Rebuild your CPM targets around engaged views, not public views. That's the number that actually maps to someone watching. → Or keep measuring on public views but drop your CPMs to reflect that each one is worth less now. What you can't do is leave the targets where they were and assume you're getting the same value. That's how you quietly overpay across an entire campaign and only notice at the wrap report. If you're a brand basing CPMs on these numbers, this is a basic change you need to make now. If you want advice, help, or tips on how to build it into your system properly, drop me a message.

  • 2018: Minimum wage working at an agency. 2026: Sold my business that’s paid millions to creators. Over the last 8 years, I’ve been at the forefront of the creator economy. I started with a job at a gaming agency when I was 16. It was like low paid work experience. I learnt a lot, then left. Shortly after, I got diagnosed with cancer. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. But with death knocking, I thought I’d lean into what I learnt at the gaming agency and started my own influencer marketing agency called Saulderson Media. At the time, all I wanted to do was help creators monetise. Bridging the gap between brands and creators. Fast forward 7 years and that small business I started in my cancer ward has paid out millions to creators and was acquired in a multi 7-figure deal in 2025. But none of this would’ve happened if I hadn’t: 1- Stuck to 1 thing and did it day-in-day-out. 2- Picked something I was good at. 3- Believed in myself. Maybe, believing in yourself is generic advice. But it’s often the thing 99% of us forget to do. So if you’re starting something, or about to do something, go all in, stick with it for a few years and you might just walk away with an exit. 16 Year old me had no idea this would happen, he just went all in.
