I'm Tom, Head Nerd at Nautilus Marketing, the digital agency I started at 17 and have since built it into a global operation, working with ambitious brands across web design, SEO, digital ads, and creative! Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to speak at international conferences, get featured in places like Forbes, iNews, and GoBankingRates, and work with businesses across the world on everything from SEO to web design, paid ads, and branding. In early 2026, I launched Nauti Disputes, a commercial dispute resolution firm working with businesses worldwide on mediation, negotiation & collecting overdue debts. We’re on a mission to help as many businesses settle disputes without the need of expensive lawyers. Let’s connect, especially if you like nerdy marketing chats, G&Ts at conferences 🤓

The most valuable thing in business is not your product or your marketing! It is your relationships 💙 This photo was when Jake A. & I first met 7 years ago. What started as date turned into Jake joining the business 6 months after dating 😂 I genuinely could not have built what we have built without him. I have won more work through genuine connections than through any campaign we have ever run. Dinners, G&Ts, introductions from people who trusted us. That stuff compounds in a way paid ads simply can't. The mistake most people make is treating networking like a transaction. Showing up when they need something and disappearing when they do not. The people who do it well just genuinely like other people. They stay in touch. They show up without expecting anything back. Go for the dinner. Take the call. Meet the person. You really never know where it goes 👀 🤓 #networking #founderlife #entrepreneur #relationships #agencylife
Asking for help is not a weakness. It took me a long time to actually believe that. There is a version of founder culture that glorifies doing it alone. Grinding it out. Figuring it all out yourself. And I understand the appeal of that story. It sounds impressive. But the truth is the best decisions I have made have almost always involved other people. A conversation that shifted my thinking. Advice from someone who had been through it. A mate who just listened without trying to fix it. You don't get extra points for struggling alone. You just struggle for longer. Find your people. Talk to them. Ask for the help when you need it. Ps. If you don't have those people yet, that is worth fixing 💙 #mentalhealth #founderlife #entrepreneur #community #founder
Founders are terrible at celebrating wins. I'm talking about myself! 👀 Something good happens and within about five minutes we are already onto the next problem or the next target. The win barely gets acknowledged before it is in the rear view mirror. I think it comes from a good place. Drive, ambition, always wanting more. But over time it creates a version of success that never actually feels like anything. I have been making a conscious effort to stop and mark the moments. A client that renews. A team member who steps up. A piece of work we are genuinely proud of. Not because it is soft. Because it matters for the people around you and honestly for your own head too. The next target will always be there. The moment is only there once. Celebrate it. 💙 #founderlife #entrepreneur #leadership #agencylife #smallbusiness
