A new chapter for TechSales GTM Studio! For a long time, I’ve been running TechSales solo. It’s been an incredible journey, working with startups and teams across different projects, helping them build better outbound systems, grow on LinkedIn, and make their sales processes more scalable. But I always believed that the next chapter would be stronger with the right person alongside me. Today, I’m very happy to share that Alara D. is officially joining TechSales We’ve known each other for a long time and, more importantly, we’ve already worked together on several projects. So this isn’t just about adding another person to the team, it’s about bringing together two people who already know how to work well together. And now, we’re taking TechSales global. We’ll continue helping startups and scaleups with: → Outreach & outbound sales → LinkedIn Growth → Vibe coding & lead magnets → Sales Enablement → HubSpot consulting & implementation Going from solo to a team feels like a big step and I’m genuinely excited about what we can build from here. If you’re working on a global growth challenge, building your outbound engine, or simply want to have a chat about what we’re doing at TechSales, my DMs are open. Let’s talk! P.S. This photo was taken in Guimarães, one of Portugal’s most beautiful and historic cities. 🇵🇹
Spent the last 3 days Carcassonne and Narbonne. The goal wasn’t just a quick getaway. I wanted to shift my environment, reset, and see things with fresh eyes. Ironically, I ended up working with way more focus than I usually do back home in Porto. When your surroundings change, your brain stops running on autopilot. A funny highlight: the hostel I stayed at didn’t have a common area. So around 10 PM, I ended up walking into a nearby local bar in my pajamas, sipping a drink, and filling pages of notes with new product ideas. Speaking of new ideas: sdrwise is pivoting. We’re channeling those insights into a brand-new product under the TechSales GTM Studio umbrella, and it’s shaping up to be something I’m genuinely excited about. More on that very soon. Sometimes the best work doesn't happen behind a desk, it happens when you just step out of your routine.
I recently built my own TechSales GTM Studio dashboard, and honestly, I built it because I was starting to lose track of everything. I work with outbound for multiple B2B companies, and I mainly use two channels: Instantly for email and HeyReach for LinkedIn. The lead generation side is something I’m already solving with sdrwise. It helps me prepare, clean, and qualify the lead lists before they enter the outbound process. But the real problem starts after you actually hit “send”. You suddenly have replies coming from different channels, meetings being booked, people not showing up, follow-ups that need to be done, responses that come days later, and a lot of information that you need to keep track of. Then there’s reporting. How many leads did we contact? How many replied? How many were qualified? How many meetings were booked? What’s the show-up rate? Which campaigns are actually working? How productive are we being? And when you’re managing this for multiple companies, doing all of this manually becomes a huge operational burden. So I decided to build my own system. The idea is actually very simple: I wanted to manage as much of the GTM process as possible from one place. I can see the different outbound campaigns, responses, meetings, qualification, follow-ups and performance metrics. I can also add notes, set reminders, track things that need my attention and basically have one place where I can understand what is happening across all of my clients. And because I work with lead generation on a per-lead basis, I can also track which leads were delivered, which ones were qualified, and what needs to be invoiced. But it’s not only about my own workflow. Each company can have its own dashboard and see their outbound activity in much more detail. They can see who they’ve reached, who replied, what the responses look like, how campaigns are performing, and where the opportunities are. There are also AI features around handling and analyzing responses, and the system can be connected to the CRM if they want to keep everything synchronized. The biggest difference for me is scale. A few years ago, managing three companies like this would probably have required a small team. Now, with the systems and automations I’ve built around my workflow, I can manage around twenty companies as a solo operator. And that’s probably the part I’m most excited about. I don’t think the future of GTM is just sending more emails or LinkedIn messages. It’s about building systems around the entire process and making the operation itself more efficient. So if you’re a company looking to improve your outbound, build a more efficient GTM process, or simply digitalize the way you manage your lead generation and sales operations, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to help you build something similar!
