About

Founder @ Change Your Air

Hi, I'm Victoria. 3 years ago, at 29, I quit my corporate job with literally no plan. I remember sitting in my car after handing in my notice, kind of terrified, kind of the lightest I'd felt in years. All I knew was I needed a different air to breathe. So I went travelling, created some space. I didn't have a business idea first. I just started writing, honestly & publicly with no strategy behind it, because staying quiet felt worse than looking stupid. Two years later, ranked #1 in Austria for writing and storytelling, a community of 12K+, clients finding me instead of the other way around 💜 None of it came from a plan. All of it came from showing up as myself before I had anything figured out. That's what Change Your Air is built on. New air, first. Then direction. Then your brand. This is for you if ↳ you're scattered across too many things, and want it pulled into one clear direction. ↳ Whether that's leaving your 9-5, building something new, already having a business that nobody can find yet, or no idea what's next... this is where it starts. Everything I do blends the inner work of figuring out what's true AND the personal branding of actually being seen online. One without the other doesn't get you very far. I've supported 100+ founders and coaches through exactly this 💛 Ways you can work with me: 🤍 The Runway Method, self-guided to get seen as yourself and start attracting aligned clients & opportunities 🤍 Expression Studio, 1:1, six calls, be prepared to go deep!!! We find your next direction, and start expressing 🤍 Full brand support, for people who'd rather have it handled 🤍 A community for women in transition in the making Start in my featured section below ↓ 🌱 xx — Victoria P.S. If travel, curiosity, and a life built around movement resonate with you too, that's not separate from this. It's literally the soil it grew out of. Reach out. I'd love to hear from you! ---------- Brands & Collaborations 💌 [email protected] If your brand supports conscious lifestyle, travel, wellness, personal development, anything around life transitions & reinvention, I'd love to explore working together.

I've worked from 9 countries these past few years. Boarded more flights than I can count. Left Austria 7 times in the last 3 years. 2022, my life looked completely different: Work 9-5 Home Netflix Weekend out partying Repeat I was still traveling back then too, but it was more about escaping than actually enjoying or creating anything. Now: Work from wherever I want Combine work and travel A completely different daily rhythm, one I actually decide Lots more movement and sports The only reason any of this is possible is because I built my personal brand on LinkedIn, in the middle of one of the biggest life transitions I've ever gone through. Posting brought me aligned clients, brand collabs, and speaking on several podcasts. Now I'm building a course, and soon a community, so more people can do the same. But it didn't come from hustle or consistency alone. The thing that actually moved everything was something nobody told me about: Permission. Not confidence, not waiting to feel ready. An actual decision, made before the feeling ever caught up. I wish someone had handed me that 18 months into showing up online. I think I'd have grown twice as fast. Whatever your version of freedom looks like, you can build it too. 🌞 Here's where you stop waiting and actually decide. 👇 https://lnkd.in/dW5_3xF5

I hate to break this to you, but... there's no big rescue coming. A few years ago, there was a point where I genuinely didn't see a way out. I had no idea what to do next at work. Completely stuck in my own life... and head 🤯 What actually got me out wasn't one big leap. (although that was the starting point of everything that came after) It was small things: Traveling somewhere alone, joining events I normally wouldn't, talking to all kinds of different people... Experimenting. Betting on myself. Learning new skills. Building, even when I had no idea if it would work. Doing things that scared me and that got me out of my comfort zone. Basically changing my air. Each one proved a little more than the last. All of that got me to where I am today: 🌱Constant podcast invites 🌱Working with aligned clients who are amazing and fully ready to take their life into their own hands 🌱An audience of 12K+ 🌱Being able to work from wherever tf I want 🌱I’m happier and more excited for life than I’ve ever been So, the biggest lesson I learned that no one can EVER take away: You have yourself. That's genuinely enough to build anything from. 💛 ✌

If I were to quit my job tomorrow, this is exactly what I'd do. ↓ Three years ago, I quit my corporate job. Not just the job, the friendships, the apartment, my hometown, all of it. I went looking for what else life could offer. I found so much more than I expected. So here are 7 tips that I wish I had 3 years ago when I left my old life behind: ① Take real time off, fully. Not half-in, half-out. Actually let go. ② Save money first. You'll need it longer than you think. ③ Start building your personal brand before you leave. It doesn't need a defined goal yet, but it compounds. I wish someone had told me this years earlier. ④ Stay open to new people, new conversations, new rooms... that's where the next chapter actually comes from. ⑤ Expect to meet parts of yourself you didn't know existed. That's not woo-woo, that's just what real transitions do. ⑥ Don't panic. The scariest moments are usually the ones that change everything for the better. ⑦ Enjoy it, even the hard parts. Your next version of yourself will thank you for this. In my old life, every day felt like a closed door. Now it feels like the beginning of something new, every single day. If you're thinking about quitting, already did and aren't sure of your next steps, or already have a plan and are transitioning into self-employment, and you want more freedom, this is exactly what tip #3 was pointing at. I built something that makes that part easier. 🤫 https://lnkd.in/dW5_3xF5

Writing without a strategy should've killed my reach. Instead: 241% increase. From one post. About travel 🌍, not tips. Travel. The simplest, most basic thing in the world (at least for me). That got me thinking. Why?! I got so much engagement on that post, and genuinely aligned people reaching out... people I didn't even know existed 😁 So what actually made the difference? It's this simple: Permission from me to me, to write about what I LOVE, what I stand for, what's fully, unapologetically me. No template or specific formula... nothing to copy. Of course, knowing a few content tips and tricks helps too 🤫 but that's not what moved the needle. This is. It can be scary at times, honestly, since there's nothing left to hide behind except yourself. But this is what happens when you actually let yourself show up fully as you. 🪄 If you want to be seen without holding yourself back, be more visible, and attract the right people and opportunities TO YOU, this is exactly what I teach: permission plus strategy, together. 👇 ⚡ https://lnkd.in/dEkQ5Msi

My dear community, I need your help!!! A genuine question for those of you in a transition right now: Leaving a 9-5, building something of your own, or just wanting more visibility for what you're already doing... What would actually support you most right now? 💛 Super grateful for all your answers 👇 ---------- Here's the longer version since LinkedIn polls only allow a limited character count: ◦ A self-guided course you can work through in a weekend, on your own time? ◦ A community with regular support from me and others going through the same thing? ◦ Both together? ◦ Or something more hands-on & premium, 1:1, full focus on you?
