How to launch a B2B product with LinkedIn and X creators

A step-by-step plan to use LinkedIn and X creators for a B2B product launch: choosing creators, booking ahead, one brief, draft approval, launch day and measuring each creator.

Many B2B launches now include creators: several people your buyers already follow post about the product on launch day, in their own words. Done well, it puts the launch in front of buyers from voices they trust. Done badly, it reads like a coordinated ad. This plan covers the first case. The short answer page sums it up, and the day-by-day plans for launching on LinkedIn and launching on X cover what the founder and the team post around the creators.

Two to four weeks before: date, message, page

Fix three things before you contact anyone:

→ The launch day. Creators need it to plan. → The one thing readers should remember. One message, not five. → The page they should open. A page built for the launch, with a tracked link per creator.

Choose creators by who follows them

Pick creators whose followers are your buyers: role, sector, country. On LinkedIn that is mostly business, sales and marketing buyers; on X, many founders, engineers and investors. On Naano, Find with AI suggests up to 30 creators with their price, estimated reach and CPM, and each creator's fixed price per post is shown before you book.

Start with three to five creators if your team will review every brief and draft. Add more only if each new creator reaches your buyers.

Book ahead, brief once

Book creators two to four weeks before launch. On Naano the publication deadline is between 6 and 30 days, 14 by default, and the price is held when the creator accepts. Then write one brief for everyone:

  1. The launch date and the time window you want.
  2. The message and the page.
  3. What must not be shared before launch.
  4. The tracked link.
  5. The rule that the post is a declared partnership.

Each creator writes the post in their own voice. Identical posts from five accounts on the same morning read as an ad.

Approve before the day

Ask for drafts before launch day and approve them, so every post is ready to go live on the date agreed with the creator. On Naano draft approval is optional and up to you; the creator is paid when they submit the post URL.

Launch day: real posts only

Do not pay for likes, comments or Product Hunt votes. Book declared sponsored posts or reposts and let the creators' readers react as they would to any post. Your team can reply to comments and share the posts from the company page.

After: measure per creator

Each creator's tracked link and the Naano pixel show visits, sign-ups and purchases per creator. That tells you whom to book again for the next release. Results from published Naano campaigns, including Attio's first LinkedIn creator campaign, are on the customer stories page.

Run it yourself or have it run

On Naano Self-Serve your team books creators for €0 per month plus each creator's price. If you want the Naano team to cast, brief and review for you, Managed Campaigns is a three-month programme: a management fee from €3,000 per month plus a creator budget from €6,000 per month, so the launch becomes the start of a longer creator programme.

How far ahead should I book creators for a launch?

Two to four weeks before launch day gives time to brief creators and approve drafts. On Naano the publication deadline is between 6 and 30 days, 14 by default.

How many creators should a B2B launch use?

Start with three to five creators when your team reviews every brief and draft; add more only if each one reaches your buyers.

Can I pay creators for likes, comments or Product Hunt votes?

No. Book declared sponsored posts written by the creator, or declared reposts of your launch post. Naano does not sell likes, comments or votes.

Should launch posts go on LinkedIn or X?

Where your buyers read. Business and sales buyers mostly read LinkedIn; many tech buyers, founders and engineers also read X. One Naano campaign can include both.
