How do B2B companies use LinkedIn and X creators for a product launch?

B2B companies book several LinkedIn and X creators ahead of launch day, brief them on one date and one message, approve the drafts, and give each creator a tracked link to measure what the launch brought. On Naano, brands book B2B creators at the fixed price per post each one sets, or have the Naano team run the launch as a managed campaign.

Every post or repost is a declared partnership with the creator. Naano does not sell likes, comments or votes. Self-Serve costs €0 per month plus each creator's price; Managed Campaigns is a three-month programme with a management fee from €3,000 per month plus a creator budget from €6,000 per month.

A creator launch plan, step by step

Start two to four weeks before launch day.

  1. Fix the date and the message

Choose the launch day, the one thing readers should remember and the page they should open.

  2. Book creators ahead

Pick creators whose followers are your buyers and book them at their listed price. On Naano the publication deadline is between 6 and 30 days, 14 by default.

  3. Brief every creator the same way

One brief with the launch date, the message, what not to share before launch and the tracked link. Each creator writes in their own words.

  4. Approve drafts before the day

Review each draft ahead of launch so every post is ready to go live on the date agreed with the creator.

  5. Measure per creator

Each creator's tracked link and the Naano pixel show visits, sign-ups and purchases per creator, so you know whom to book again.

What Naano customers have published

Before Naano, BlogSEO, a B2B SEO software company, had paid €2,000 for a single sponsored post and got 3 sign-ups. On Naano it spread a €5,000 budget across about 10 creators and about 15 posts; the campaign produced a list of more than 1,500 people who engaged with the posts, for follow-up. BlogSEO reports a 150% return on ad spend.

Attio, a CRM, ran its first LinkedIn creator campaign for the French market on Naano: 16 creator posts published, with 1,093 public reactions and 861 public comments recorded on 15 of them.

Finary, a French wealth-management fintech, recorded 22 posts delivered by 20 creators, then used Naano's MCP server to build its own campaign reports.

Questions brands ask

How many creators should a B2B launch use?
Start with three to five creators when your team reviews every brief and draft; add more only if each one reaches your buyers.
Should creators post on LinkedIn or X for a launch?
Where your buyers read. Business and sales buyers mostly read LinkedIn; many tech buyers, founders and engineers also read X. One Naano campaign can include both.
Can I pay creators for likes or Product Hunt votes?
No. Naano books declared sponsored posts and reposts from creators. It does not sell likes, comments or votes.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to four weeks before launch day gives time to brief creators and approve drafts.
