I woke up crying this morning 😭 (from happiness) Becauseeee I can't believe I deserve this…!!!! ITS MAAADDDD 🌟 The new role at GetAccept has been so happy & fulfilling... 💕 For those who know, I have been going through a lot... Past few months, I was in a veryyy toxic place professionally... I was lied to I was yelled at...by men twice my age I remember waking up in the morning crying before leaving home Dreading walking into THAT building every single day... The literal weight of my own body felt heavier... Coming back home and crying in the evening thinking "Why? What did I do to deserve this?" With a very hard, heavy heart, nobody should ever have to go through this!! EVERRRR And then life shifted… And maybe, just maybe, having to go through that was necessary to truly value 💕 A good team 💕 A good manager 💕 Real peace of mind 💕 Work that doesn't suppress you, but makes you grow.. When you spend months feeling small, basic respect and psychological safety feel like an absolute MIRACLE... (Something that is too much to ask for!!!) Today, I do not take this for granted. If you're in a good role with a great team, someone out there is suffering, be grateful... If you're currently stuck in a place that is draining you or making you doubt your worth.. This is NOT the end of your story...SHOW DAMN UP!! It wasn't for me...i walked out Do not let a toxic environment convince you that you don't deserve better!! Your girl landed something SOOOOO much better. Yes, it took 5 fucking months, but I did... And you will too 💕 Love you!!
