GENZ4GTM Marketplace hit it's first organic 50 sign-ups in August! That is: 50 people finding our platform and providing us with their linkedin and CVs. It might not sound a lot to you but for me it's crazy to think that these people who are more or less my age trust our services! PLUS: around half are actually decent profiles too! Now we just have to 10x and we are basically there! Voila ✨ Germany's biggest talent marketplace is a 10x away So where do all these sign ups come from? Using PostHog we could see for free where our users came from and I can tell you: 🔍 35% came from search. Google and ChatGPT. People are literally asking an LLM where to find GTM talent and landing on us. 💼 17% came from LinkedIn. Mostly this feed. So thank you to you for reading this and bearing the cringe. 📬 2% from The Pipeline, our newsletter. 🤝 46% came in "direct", which is basically someone else dropping our link in a WhatsApp group. We have zero ad spend! I'm basically thinking now... what's the best way to scale this to 500 sign ups/month or written differently: Is now the time to invest in ads? What do you think?

First lecture in Beijing and Adam Smith shows up in the first lecture 😂 I think it’s fair to say we needed 2 weeks to adjust so we just made it to class this week. Why? Working German hours has made it a bit difficult to adjust to the time zone here so an 8:00 AM class is a bit difficult to organize… but we made it nevertheless!
