In most stalled deals, the proof that would have closed them already existed somewhere in the company. The rep asks marketing. Marketing sends a case study from 14 months ago about a different use case. CS checks whether a reference call is possible. Two weeks pass. The champion moves on. This is not a content problem. Most companies have plenty of evidence. What they lack is a way to get the right piece of it to a specific buyer while that buyer is still deciding. Proof that arrives late is not proof. It is an archive. We built ProofBridge so a rep builds a branded proof page for one deal, with verified customer proof that matches that buyer's situation, in under two minutes. Every sales leader can tell you their average deal cycle. Almost none can tell you how long it takes their team to get proof in front of a buyer. That number decides more deals than the first one.
I spent years selling complex software, and this is the part nobody fixes. A deal with six stakeholders and a long cycle does not need proof once. It needs a different proof point for every time somebody new joins the evaluation. Finance wants one thing. The security reviewer wants another. The ops lead who survived a bad rollout two years ago wants a third. Almost nothing about how companies handle proof is built for that. The case study sits in a folder somebody organized two years ago. The reference customer needs two weeks of notice. Marketing has a queue. So the rep sends the closest thing they can find, usually a story about a different industry, and hopes the buyer does the translating. Buyers do not translate. They file it and go ask someone in their own network instead. I used to treat this as a preperation problem. It is not. There is no system underneath it. We launched ProofBridge on August 1st to close that gap. A customer tells their story in a guided session and confirms every word. A rep builds a proof page for one specific deal in under two minutes and sends the link. Read the press release here: https://lnkd.in/d46QESyn And if you want to watch it work, book a demo and I will personally show you how to arm your GTM team with deal-specific proof.
A customer who loves you will still hand you something you can't sell with. It feels like a win when it lands. Then you put it infront of a comittee comparing three vendors and it does nothing. That customer could have told you what changed, by how much, and what they were doing before. They would have. The form ended first. That is the gap we built ProofBridge to close. The video below shows the moment it closes. If your reps are still forwarding case studies and hoping something lands, give me 30 minutes. https://lnkd.in/ebwBJ8bk
