Helping founders build leverage through Personal Brand | Founder of LeverBrands
Hey, I'm Nader, Pronounced like Ladder 🪜 Now that we've got that out the way - let me tell you what I do. Over the last 6 years, I've noticed a big problem with how founders and CEOs build their businesses: Most of them are completely invisible. Chances are you know the feeling. You're good at what you do. REALLY good. But the people who should be buying from you, backing you, and joining you have no idea you exist. So you end up: 🔴 Living referral to referral, with no other way for new business to find you 🔴 Losing deals you never hear about, because people look you up, find nothing, and move on 🔴 Spending more on ads every quarter, to rent attention your brand should own 🔴 Struggling to attract top talent, because the best people join leaders they already follow 🔴 Promoting your company through a corporate page that gets 12 likes, when your profile could reach thousands 🔴 Missing keynotes, panels and press, because organisers book names they recognise And worst of all: 🔴 Watching someone with half your expertise become the name everyone knows You know you need to be visible. You just don't have the time to figure it out yourself. That's why I built LeverBrands. I'll let the results speak for themselves: 💰 Built Chris Donnelly's brand to 3M+ followers, a business generating $10M/year, and an AI SaaS product that hit $60K MRR in 14 days 💰 Grew Rohan Sheth from 2K to 100K followers in 10 months, driving $300K in ARR without a single cold outreach campaign 💰 Helped a coach quit their job and generate $250K/year from their personal brand 💰 Built a lead magnet funnel for a B2B SaaS that generates 6 qualified inbound leads per week - without a single ad 💰 Helped a platform founder hit 1.3M impressions in his first 30 days posting Most agencies will post for you and call it a day. We go deeper and build the infrastructure underneath. A full ecosystem that turns attention into money in your pocket. Layer 1: Attention We get you in front of the right people through content, distribution, and outreach. Layer 2: Nurture Without a system, you're entertaining strangers. We build newsletters, funnels, and email sequences that deplatform your audience and nurture them until they're ready to buy. Layer 3: Monetisation We help you turn that audience into actual revenue. Want to see what this could look like for your brand? DM me. Let's build some leverage.

I don’t have an MBA... But I've got a pretty good bookshelf. I used to read business books hoping for something I could apply that same week. Unfortunately for younger me, that wasn't really how it worked... The ones that did actually stick worked a lot slower than that. I've picked out 9 that I'd recommend to any founder reading this: 1️⃣ $100M Offers, Alex Hormozi ↳ A real method for building an offer that's hard to refuse. ↳ Sort the offer out first and everything downstream gets easier. 2️⃣ Deep Work, Cal Newport ↳ Focus as a rare and valuable skill, with rules attached. ↳ Now I block out hours for deep work, and have a shutdown routine that's helped me massively. 3️⃣ Traction, Gino Wickman ↳ EOS in one book. Scorecards, weekly meetings, who owns what. ↳ If you're doing everything yourself, start here. 4️⃣ Multipliers, Liz Wiseman ↳ Some leaders make the people around them smarter, others shrink them. ↳ This one makes you self-aware of how many bad habits pass as decent management. 5️⃣ Exit for Millions, Nick Bradley ↳ Nick's a friend, and this is the honest version of selling a company. ↳ A business that can't run without you is worth a fraction of what you think. 6️⃣ The People vs Tech, Jamie Bartlett ↳ This one's not a business book... ↳ But read it anyway if you're building anything on top of the internet. 7️⃣ Shoe Dog, Phil Knight ↳ Probably my favourite business book ever. ↳ We all know Nike, but seeing the actual journey it took to get there was incredibly motivational. 8️⃣ Shaolin Spirit, Shi Heng Yi ↳ Twelve practices for sleep, focus and decision making under pressure. ↳ It's one I haven't stopped thinking about since Shi came round to the office for Chris' podcast! 9️⃣ The Daily Stoic, Ryan Holiday ↳ 366 short entries from Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus and Seneca. ↳ Pretty wild to realise that problems you're having today are problems people had 2,000 years ago. I'm gonna add a bit of extra reading to this list... Personal branding is not just "posting content". In fact, that's almost the last decision you should be making. Formats and frequency are where everyone starts, and I understand why. They're the visible part. You can watch other people doing it, so it looks like the job. But that's actually the output of about 14 decisions that come before you write anything. There are 2 halves to it: 👤 WHO YOU ARE Niche ↳ Your actual expertise, who it's for, and where those people already are. Positioning ↳ The angle nobody else in your category can reasonably claim. Story ↳ Where you started, what changed, and why you're the one saying this. Voice ↳ How you sound when you're not performing. Content pillars ↳ Three to five themes with enough depth to last a year. Proof ↳ Results, case studies, the things someone can go and verify. Offer ladder ↳ What's free, what's cheap, and what's expensive. 📈 HOW YOU GROW Content engine ↳ Formats, cadence, and how one idea becomes four posts. Distribution ↳ Organic, paid, collaborations, or some combination. Community ↳ Comments, DMs, and the small group of people worth knowing properly. Lead magnets ↳ What moves someone off the platform and onto a list you own. Social proof ↳ Milestones, features, endorsements. Monetisation ↳ Products, services, partnerships. The reason any of the rest exists. Optimisation ↳ What you measure, what you test, and what you stop doing. We've worked on hundreds of client accounts optimising all 14 of these things. So if you're posting and finding that things aren't working out as you hoped, I guarantee there are a handful of points here you need to address. If you want somewhere to start on the content side, we've put together 20 LinkedIn post templates from what's worked across our client base. Before you write another post, do this. It'll take you 10 minutes and change how you approach everything. A harsh reality about LinkedIn: You can put out posts every day and still have people scroll past without a second thought. Your ideas might even be pretty good. But the problem is, there's no structure underneath the content. Nothing that makes someone stop and think "this person gets it." I talk to founders all the time who've been posting for months and still can't answer: → Who specifically are you talking to (your Ideal Client Profile)? → What do you actually stand for? → What makes your take different from everyone else saying the same thing? Most have never written it down. They're just guessing. The sheet below stops the guessing. In 10 minutes, you can fill it out and establish the core foundation behind your personal brand. This includes: 1️⃣ Your brand in one line ↳ If you need a paragraph to explain what you do, start here 2️⃣ Who you're speaking to ↳ Their role + their actual problem, not a vague audience description 3️⃣ Your Positioning Triangle ↳ Your target audience, unique value proposition and differentiation 4️⃣ Your content pillars ↳ The 3 to 4 topics that everything maps back to Fill it in. Screenshot it. Come back to it every time you're not sure what to post or why you're posting it. And if you want the full strategy behind turning this into a brand that actually brings in leads... Building Leverage is where I break it down every week.
