My background spans fintech, enterprise systems, backend engineering, technical project management, business development, documentation governance, compliance, and information architecture. وحده من المشاكل اللي أشوفها ممكن تصير بسهولة: شركة تأخذ Process قديم، وتحوله Automation أو AI Workflow. يصير أسرع؟ نعم. بس صار أحسن؟ مو بالضرورة. قبل الـAutomation أحب أسأل: هل هاي الخطوات كلها بعدها ضرورية؟ منو الـOwner؟ وين الـBottleneck؟ شنو تغير بالـBusiness؟ لا تسوي اتمته لـProcess بس لأن موجود من زمان. افهمه أولاً. #Automation #ProcessDesign #BusinessConsulting

أكو Systems تشتغل من سنين… بس إذا تسأل: ليش هذا Module موجود؟ شنو يعتمد عليه؟ منو يستخدمه؟ وشنو يصير إذا توقف؟ تبدأ الإجابات: “أعتقد…” “حسب ما أذكر…” “اسأل فلان.” 😂 System Documentation مو للزينة. هي حتى الشركة تعرف شنو فعلياً تملك. أحب جداً مشاريع اكتشاف الأنظمة القديمة وتحويل معرفتها إلى Documentation مفهومة، ولهذا الاستشارات مفتوحة حالياً. #SystemArchitecture #KnowledgeManagement #TechnicalWriting

الـTechnical Writing الجديد مو بس: Write → Review → Publish. هسه الـgame صارت أوسع بكثير. الـTechnical Writer الشاطر ديتعامل ويا الـdocumentation كجزء من الـsystem نفسه. مثلاً: Docs-as-Code الـdocumentation تدخل Git، تنراجع بـPull Requests، وتتحدث ويا الـproduct changes. AI-assisted Documentation الـAI يساعد بالـdrafting، comparison، gap detection وحتى change analysis، بس الـhuman يبقى مسؤول عن الـcontext والـaccuracy والـbusiness logic. Modular Content بدل ما نكرر نفس المعلومة بـ5 documents، نبني reusable content components نكدر نستخدمها بأكثر من مكان. Documentation Testing Broken links، outdated API examples، terminology وحتى structure ممكن تنفحص ضمن automated checks. والأهم بالنسبة إلي: Write for Humans + Machines. اليوم الـdocumentation مو بس يقراها Developer. ممكن يقراها AI Assistant، RAG system، internal agent أو knowledge platform. يعني الـstructure، metadata، naming والوضوح صار إلهم قيمة أكبر من قبل. برأيي مستقبل الـTechnical Writing مو “منو يكتب أحسن”. هو: منو يگدر يبني Knowledge System يبقى صحيح، searchable، maintainable، وقابل للتوسع ويا الشركة. وهنا الـTechnical Writer يتحول من Writer إلى جزء فعلي من الـTechnology & Governance infrastructure. #TechnicalWriting #DocumentationEngineering #DocsAsCode #AI #KnowledgeManagement
