I help brands scale profitably on TikTok Shop - by building creator-led sales machines that actually convert. Since 2021, I've been deep in the Amazon ecosystem. Since early 2023, I've been fully immersed in TikTok Shop - before most brands even knew it was a thing. Early enough to test what works, what scales, and what quietly stops working after week two. The brands I work with are 7-10 figure DTC operators. They come to me when they want to launch TikTok Shop the right way, when their creator program keeps stalling, or when they're sitting on content that should be converting and isn't. What I actually do - - Recruit affiliates at scale - Run GMV Max campaigns that compound - Manage the compliance layer so accounts don't get frozen - Repurpose the best creator content into ads across TikTok, Meta, and Amazon. All of it, end to end. 📈 $15M+ in client GMV in Q4 alone. 📈 $0 to $90K in 90 days for a Food & Bev brand. 📈 Goli, from $5K/day to $300K/day. That's what this looks like when it's working. • This is what happens when a TikTok Shop creator brief tries to control every second of the video. * Start with this exact hook. * Mention these benefits. * Use this example. * Show the product here. * Say this CTA. * Don't forget the offer. The creator follows everything perfectly... And suddenly the content sounds like someone handed them a script five minutes before filming. The irony is that brands usually want creator content because it feels native, authentic and different from traditional advertising. Then the brief removes all three. A strong brief should give creators enough direction to communicate the product properly, while leaving them room to use their own voice, personality and understanding of their audience. Give them the product truths. Give them the angles worth testing. Give them the guardrails. Then let them create. Because if every creator says the same thing in the same way, you're not really testing creator content. You're testing how many people can read the same script.

  • Most brands look at creator content and ask one question: “How much GMV did this video generate?” That's obviously important. But there's another layer of value that often gets missed. Every creator video is also a small market test. Different creators expose the product to different audiences, use different hooks, explain different benefits and surface different objections. Some of those patterns will outperform. When they do, don't just make another TikTok. Take the learning with you. A creator discovers a hook → test it in Meta. A creator finds a better use case → update the landing page. Customers repeatedly ask the same question → address it in the PDP. One product benefit consistently drives response → build more creative around it. That's how TikTok Shop becomes a creative intelligence layer rather than just another sales channel. The content generates revenue. The performance generates information. And the information should improve everything you create next. → Follow Saad Arif – The Tiktok Shop Guy.

  • A lot of brands still start creator research with one question: “How many followers do they have?” It’s an easy metric to compare, but it tells you very little about whether that creator can actually move product. A 300K-follower creator might have a broad audience with little interest in your category. A 3K-follower creator might have a smaller audience that trusts them specifically for the problem your product solves. That difference matters on TikTok Shop. When we're building a creator pipeline, I care much more about what happens after the video goes live: ➡️ Do people click? ➡️ Do they ask where to buy? ➡️ Does the creator make the product easy to understand? ➡️ Have they generated sales before? ➡️ Can they repeat that performance? Follower count can tell you how large a creator's audience is. It doesn't tell you how valuable that audience is for your product. That's why I'd rather have 20 highly relevant creators producing and learning than 200 large accounts that look impressive on a spreadsheet. The goal isn't to find the biggest creators. It's to find the creators who can repeatedly turn attention into product movement. → Follow Saad Arif – The Tiktok Shop Guy.
